ULTIMA GAMES END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
LIMITED SOFTWARE WARRANTY AND LICENSE AGREEMENT
This limited software warranty and license agreement (This “Agreement”) may be periodically updated and the current version will be posted at www.ultimagames.net (the “Website”). Your continued use of the Software after a revised Agreement has been posted constitutes your acceptance of its terms.
The “Software” includes all software included with this agreement, the accompanying manual(s), packaging, and other written files, electronic or on-line materials or documentation, and any and all copies of such software and its materials.
The software is licensed, NOT SOLD. By opening, downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, and any other materials included with the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, you are not permitted to open, download, install, copy or the software.
Your Rights
Subject to this Agreement and its terms and conditions, Ultima Games hereby grants you a nonexclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable right and license to use one copy of the Software for your personal, non-commercial use for gameplay on a single Game Platform (e.g. Computer, mobile device or gaming console).
By installing or using the software you give Ultima Games the right to collect system and none-personal application related information via the software (e.g. your computers registration as a user on our database).
Copyright
The software is owned by Ultima Games and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You should treat the software like other copyrighted items. You are not authorized to copy any part of the software, manual or other written materials, which form part of the product.
Information in this manual is subject to change without notice and does not constitute a commitment on the part of the supplier. The software described in this manual is furnished under a license agreement and may be used or copied only in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
Transfer
You may not rent, lease or sell the product or copies of the product to any third party without the written permission of Ultima Games.
Warranty
Ultima Games warrants that the CD, which forms part of the product, is free from defects for a period of 30 days from the date of registration or first use and will replace, at no charge, any defective materials at your request.
Apart from the above, the product is supplied "As is", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Ultima Games does not warrant that the operations of the product will be uninterrupted or error free, nor does he assume any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damages suffered as a result of, or inability to use the product.
Variations
Any variations of these terms and conditions are only valid if confirmed by Ultima Games in writing.
