Proto Division grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and play Barfender ("the Game") for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You are purchasing a license to use the game, not ownership of the game or its assets.


All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to:
* Code
* Artwork
* Music & sound effects
* 3D models
* Text
* UI assets
* Logos
* Any other intellectual property
are owned by Proto Division and are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Game without written permission.


Barfender collects anonymous gameplay analytics only, such as crash reports and feature usage statistics, used to improve game performance and balancing.

No personal data, identifiers, IP addresses, or tracking information are collected. For full details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.


You agree NOT to:
* Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
* Modify or attempt to modify game files
* Bypass or attempt to bypass digital rights management
* Use the Game for commercial, public display, or competition purposes without permission
* Redistribute the Game or its assets
* Upload game assets to databases, asset libraries, or AI training datasets

Any violation WILL result in immediate termination of your license without refund.


The Game is provided "as is" and without any warranty, express or implied, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, you retain all statutory rights and warranties that cannot be excluded.

Proto Division does not guarantee:
* Error-free performance
* Compatibility with all hardware
* Continuous availability
* That any issues will be fixed

You use the Game at your own risk.


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proto Division is not liable for:
* Loss of data
* Loss of profits
* Hardware damage
* Software conflicts
* Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.


This License automatically terminates if:
* You violate this Agreement
* You distribute or modify the Game without permission
* Steam revokes access to the title (e.g., fraud, refund abuse)

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game. Proto Division has no obligation to provide refunds upon termination unless required by law or Steam's refund policy.


This Agreement is governed by the laws of Türkiye. However, if you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK, or other jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in this Agreement affects your statutory rights under local law.


Proto Division may update or modify the Game or this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
