QPopGirl – End User License Agreement (EULA)

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Emotion Dynamics, a company based in South Korea (“Licensor”), for the use of the game software titled QPopGirl (“Software”).
By installing, copying, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
1. Grant of License
The Licensor grants the User a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software for non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Restrictions
The User agrees not to:
Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software or any rights granted herein.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical or security protection measures.
Use the Software for any unlawful, harmful, or commercial purposes.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Software—including all code, graphics, artwork, music, animation, text, characters, and all related intellectual property—remain the exclusive property of Emotion Dynamics.
4. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)
If the Software allows the creation or sharing of user-generated content (“UGC”):
The User retains ownership of their UGC.
The User grants the Licensor a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute such UGC within the Software or promotional materials.
The User agrees not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Licensor does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emotion Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
Your license will automatically terminate if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall and delete all copies of the Software.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
