Terms and Conditions for [The Art of Gray Haven]
The "[Art of the Gray Haven]" (hereinafter referred to as the "Artbook") is
an intellectual property created by Nine Hectares Co., Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). It is provided exclusively to
the backers of the 2024 Tumblbug project "<Gray Haven | Secret Garden>."
Unauthorized use, reproduction, alteration, illegal capture, or the development and sale of similar products or designs using the character designs, logos, or images from the Artbook are strictly prohibited. Violations will be prosecuted under copyright and commercial laws. Upon detection of such actions, the Company will file a complaint through its legal representative, Doyun Law Firm, without prior warning.
The images, fonts, and other materials used in the Artbook are either created in-house or obtained through open licenses. The Company assumes no responsibility for any copyright disputes arising from unauthorized use, reproduction, alteration, illegal capture, or the development and sale of similar products or designs. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to respond to such violations using both civil and criminal legal measures.
Unauthorized distribution of the Artbook through illegal means, including but not limited to platforms such as MEGA, Torrent, or .Onion networks, will result in criminal prosecution. The Company also reserves the right to take private measures as deemed necessary.
The copyright of the Artbook is owned by the Company, and the original files are neither sold nor provided for free.
In the event of a legal dispute, the Company will first pursue criminal charges and subsequently file a civil lawsuit to determine the extent of damages. All related legal proceedings shall take place under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Western District Court.
