END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By downloading, installing, or playing Cheong-un: Indigo Cloud ("Game"), you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Sigure Pte. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.
2. OWNERSHIP
- All Game content, including characters, artwork, storylines, and code, is owned by the Company
- Your Account is licensed to you, not owned by you
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time
- Virtual currency and items have no real-world value
3. YOUR ACCOUNT
- You are responsible for Account security
- One Account per person
- Account sharing, trading, or selling is prohibited
- We may suspend or terminate Accounts for violations
4. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND ITEMS
- Virtual currency and items are licensed, not sold
- Cannot be transferred, traded, or sold for real money
- No refunds except as required by law
- We may modify or remove virtual items at any time
- Purchases are final
5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not:
- Use cheats, hacks, bots, or exploits
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Game
- Trade or sell your Account
- Harass other players
- Use the Game for commercial purposes
- Exploit bugs or glitches
- Use unauthorized third-party software
6. USER CONTENT
- You retain ownership of content you create
- You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
- You are responsible for your content
- We may remove content that violates these terms
7. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3598824130. By using the Game, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That bugs will be fixed
- That the Game will meet your expectations
- Compatibility with all devices
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 3 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or Account issues
10. TERMINATION
- You may stop using the Game at any time
- We may terminate your access for any reason with notice
- Upon termination, your license ends immediately
- No refunds for unused virtual currency or items
11. REFUND POLICY
- Refunds only as required by applicable law
- Digital content consumed immediately is non-refundable
- Contact us within 7 days for eligible refund requests at contact@sigureltd.com
12. MODIFICATIONS
- We may update these terms with notice
- Continued use after changes means acceptance
13. GOVERNING LAW
- Governed by Singapore law
- Disputes resolved under Singapore jurisdiction
