END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and Havi Egy Játék ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the game Grapple Bear (the "Game"), including all associated content, updates, and documentation.
By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with the platform rules of Valve Corporation's Steam service ("Steam").
This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the Game. All title, copyright, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game remain with the Developer and its licensors.
2. Data Collection and Privacy
The Game itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data about you.
The Game does, however, integrate with Steam's online leaderboard system, a service operated by Valve Corporation. Through this integration:
Your Steam display name, Steam profile picture, and your best recorded score(s) in the Game may be displayed publicly to other players via the in-game leaderboard.
This information is provided to and displayed through Steam's own infrastructure. Its handling is governed by Valve's Steam Privacy Policy and Steam Subscriber Agreement, not by the Developer.
The Developer does not independently collect, retain, sell, or share this information outside of what is natively provided by the Steam leaderboard feature.
By using the Game's leaderboard functionality, you acknowledge that this public display of your Steam name, profile picture, and score is an inherent part of the feature and consent to such display. If you do not wish for this information to be shown publicly, you should refrain from submitting scores to the leaderboard, or adjust your Steam privacy settings accordingly.
3. Public Exhibition and Display
Public exhibition or display of the Game — including, but not limited to, showing or running the Game in bars, arcades, cafés, gaming lounges, tournaments, streaming events, or other venues where it is presented to the public — is not prohibited.
However, such public exhibition or display requires prior approval from the Developer. Any party wishing to exhibit or display the Game publicly in this manner must contact the Developer in advance at HaviEgyJatek@gmail.com to obtain written or explicit approval before doing so.
Unauthorized commercial exploitation of the Game (e.g., charging admission specifically to play the Game, bundling it into a paid arcade cabinet product, or similar commercial use) beyond simple public display requires a separate agreement with the Developer.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game to any third party outside of Steam's own resale/gifting mechanisms;
Use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to interfere with the Game or its leaderboard system;
Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
5. Updates
The Developer may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Game from time to time. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes to functionality, provided such changes do not materially alter the terms of this Agreement without notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this Agreement and your license to use the Game at any time if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy any local copies in your possession.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [JURISDICTION, e.g., Hungary], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
