END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Battlecorp (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA").
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use the Game.

Subject to compliance with this EULA, Bad Marines Studio grants you a:
personal;
non-exclusive;
non-transferable;
revocable;
license to use Battlecorp for personal entertainment purposes.
No ownership rights in the Game are transferred to you.
Certain features require a user account.
You are responsible for:
maintaining account security;
protecting your credentials;
all activities conducted through your account.
You may not:
cheat;
use bots or automation software;
exploit bugs or glitches;
circumvent game systems;
reverse engineer the Game;
interfere with servers;
impersonate another person;
harass or threaten other users;
use the Game for unlawful purposes.
Bad Marines Studio may, at its sole discretion:
issue warnings;
suspend accounts;
restrict access to features;
permanently ban users.
Such actions may occur without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
Battlecorp relies on online services.
Certain features require:
an Internet connection;
servers operated by Bad Marines Studio;
third-party services.
The publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Battlecorp is an evolving online service.
Bad Marines Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue:
the Game;
specific features;
game servers;
associated services.
In the event of a permanent shutdown of essential online services, reasonable efforts will be made to notify users in advance.
You acknowledge that server shutdowns may result in partial or complete loss of access to the Game.
Battlecorp may be released as an Early Access title.
You acknowledge that:
the Game is under development;
bugs may exist;
features may change;
features may be removed;
gameplay balance may evolve.
The Game may include:
virtual currencies;
virtual items;
rewards;
digital content.
Such content has no real-world monetary value and remains the exclusive property of Bad Marines Studio.
All Battlecorp content is protected by intellectual property laws.
This includes:
software;
source code;
graphics;
music;
logos;
trademarks;
storylines.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bad Marines Studio shall not be liable for:
service interruptions;
data loss;
indirect damages;
inability to access or use the Game.
Bad Marines Studio may update this EULA at any time.
The version in effect is the one published at the time of use.
This EULA is governed by the laws of France.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Béziers, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
