This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "you") and the software company ("BrainPowder" or "we"), the owner of the software application ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

BrainPowder grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or internal business purposes.
2. Online Services
The Software may provide access to online services or features (collectively "Online Services") that are provided by BrainPowder or third parties. Your use of these Online Services is subject to this Agreement in addition to any terms specific to the Online Services.
2.1. User Accounts
To access certain Online Services, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
2.2. Use of Online Services
You agree to use the Online Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. BrainPowder reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Online Services if you violate this Agreement or engage in any conduct that is harmful to BrainPowder or other users.
2.3. Availability of Online Services
BrainPowder aims to provide continuous access to the Online Services but does not guarantee their availability at all times. You acknowledge that Brainpowder may, at its sole discretion, interrupt or discontinue the Online Services without prior notice. You agree that you cannot demand the availability of Online Services and that BrainPowder shall not be liable for any interruptions or unavailability.

The Software and Online Services are proprietary to BrainPowder. All rights, title, and interest in the Software and Online Services remain with BrainPowder. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
5. Termination
This Agreement will automatically terminate if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and Online Services and destroy all copies in your possession.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BrainPowder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software or Online Services, even if BrainPowder has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country where BrainPowder is located. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in that country.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and BrainPowder regarding the Software and Online Services and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
