SmashOff™ is developed and published by Uploadego LLC (“Licensor”).
By installing, accessing, or using this Software, you (“User”) agree to the following terms.

Licensor grants User a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use SmashOff for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
No ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred.

All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including trademarks, artwork, and code, remain the exclusive property of Uploadego LLC.
Users may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Software or its assets without written permission.

This Software relies on Unity Cloud Services, including but not limited to:

[]Player Authentication[]Relay[]Lobby[]Matchmaker[]Multiplay Hosting[]Vivox[]Leaderboards[]Asset Manager
• Cloud Save

These services are managed and operated by Unity Technologies and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.
Uploadego LLC is not responsible for the performance, availability, reliability, or continuity of these or any other third-party services.

The Software includes optional online communication features, such as text and voice chat.

[]Users are solely responsible for anything they transmit or share using these features.[]Uploadego LLC does not record, monitor, filter, or pre-moderate any communication between players.[]Built-in tools allow Users to mute microphones or speakers, block another User in text chat, or leave the chat entirely.[]Blocking a User hides that User’s messages locally but does not prevent the blocked User from sending messages visible to others.
• Uploadego LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for user-generated content, offensive behavior, or any damages resulting from online interactions.

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Uploadego LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
Uploadego LLC does not warrant that the Software will operate uninterrupted, be error-free, or remain compatible with future systems or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uploadego LLC and its affiliates, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or relating to the use or inability to use the Software or any online features, including text or voice communications.
In all cases, the total liability of Uploadego LLC shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the Software.

This license terminates automatically if the User breaches any term of this Agreement.
Upon termination, the User must cease all use and uninstall the Software.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between Uploadego LLC and the User regarding SmashOff and supersedes all prior understandings or communications.
