END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and JTonf ("Developer") for the video game software accompanying this Agreement, which includes the game itself, any associated media, and online services such as leaderboards (collectively, the "Game").
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
JTonf grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to install and use one (1) copy of the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use, except as permitted in Section 5 (Content Creation). Any other commercial use is strictly prohibited.
2. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game are owned by JTonf. This Game is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
3. ONLINE FEATURES AND LEADERBOARDS
The Game utilizes Steamworks API to provide online leaderboards. By using these features, you acknowledge that your Steam persona name and gameplay statistics may be displayed publicly to other users. JTonf reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any scores or restrict access to leaderboard features if a user is suspected of cheating, hacking, or manipulating data.
4. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, derive source code, modify, decompile, or disassemble the Game; (b) create, use, or distribute "cheats," "hacks," or any third-party software designed to modify the Game experience or leaderboard data; (c) bypass or disable any security measures.
5. CONTENT CREATION AND MEDIA
JTonf encourages and permits you to create, upload, and publish content based on the Game, including but not limited to videos, live streams, blog posts, social media posts, reviews, and articles.
- Monetization: You are free to monetize such content through advertisements, sponsorships, and viewer donations on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, or personal blogs.
- Promotion: We kindly ask (but do not require) that you include a link to the Game's Steam store page in your content to help others find the Game.
- Prohibition: You may not sell the Game's files, assets, or access to the Game itself as a separate commercial product.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. JTonf SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE GAME.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game.
