This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the author(s) of this software ("Author").
By installing, accessing, or using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Author grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use this software solely for your personal, non-commercial use, unless explicitly permitted by applicable law.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software

4. NO WARRANTY
This software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Author does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with any particular hardware or software configuration.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, system failure, or hardware or software damage, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Author’s country of residence, excluding its conflict of law rules.
8. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Author concerning the software and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
