1. INTRODUCTION
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Aesir Interactive GmbH ("Aesir", "we", "us", or "our").
This Agreement governs your access to and use of Aesir's software products, including but not limited to video games, applications, downloadable content, updates, patches, online services, backend systems, and related features (collectively, the "Software").
By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your country of residence.
If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept this Agreement on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Software.
3. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Aesir grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
Install and use the Software
Access associated online features
Use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
The Software is licensed, not sold. Aesir and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Software.
4. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Software
Use cheats, hacks, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
Commercially exploit the Software without authorization
Sell, transfer, or share your account credentials
Interfere with servers, backend systems, or service infrastructure
Circumvent anti-cheat or security systems
Extract, copy, redistribute, or publicly distribute game assets without permission
Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.
5. ACCOUNT AND PLATFORM INTEGRATION
The Software may integrate with third-party platforms such as Steam.
In order to operate certain features of the Software, Aesir may process limited user identifiers provided by such platforms, including for example:
Steam ID
Steam profile identifier
Steam display name
These identifiers are used solely for purposes such as:
identifying users
associating gameplay data with the correct player
providing support and diagnostics
maintaining service integrity

6. TECHNICAL DATA AND GAMEPLAY ANALYTICS
The Software may collect technical and gameplay-related data necessary for the operation, improvement, and security of the Software.

gameplay statistics and feature usage
error reports and technical diagnostics
This information helps Aesir:
improve stability and performance
optimize hardware compatibility
identify software errors
balance gameplay systems
enhance overall player experience

7. ANTI-CHEAT AND INTEGRITY MONITORING
To protect the integrity of the Software and its online services, Aesir may implement systems to detect:

cheating tools
manipulation of game systems

If cheating or tampering is detected, Aesir may take enforcement actions including:
suspension of accounts
permanent bans
restriction of access to online services
8. STREAMING AND CONTENT CREATION
Aesir encourages players to create and share content featuring the Software, including livestreams, gameplay videos, screenshots, and similar materials.
Users are permitted to create and distribute such content, including monetized content on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, or similar services, provided that:
the content primarily features gameplay of the Software
the Software itself or its assets are not distributed separately
the content does not violate this Agreement or applicable laws
Aesir reserves the right to revoke this permission in cases of misuse or violation of this Agreement.
9. USER GENERATED CONTENT
If the Software allows users to create, upload, or share content (such as mods, screenshots, videos, or other materials), users retain ownership of their content.
However, by sharing such content in connection with the Software, users grant Aesir a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote such content for purposes related to the Software and its community.
Users represent that they have the necessary rights to upload and share such content.
10. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DATA EXTRACTION
The Software, including all game assets, audiovisual elements, gameplay data, and related content, may not be used for the purpose of training artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or automated data analysis systems without the prior written permission of Aesir.
11. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
Aesir may update or modify the Software from time to time, including bug fixes, balance adjustments, new features, and security updates.
Certain updates may be required in order to continue using the Software or its online services.
12. USER CONDUCT
Users agree not to harass other players, exploit bugs, engage in fraudulent activity, violate applicable laws, or disrupt the normal operation of the Software.
13. TERMINATION
Aesir may suspend or terminate your license to use the Software if you violate this Agreement, cheat, tamper with the Software, or misuse the Software.
Upon termination, your right to use the Software ends immediately.
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available".
Aesir does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with all hardware configurations.
This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Aesir shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory statutory liability.
In cases of simple negligence, liability shall be limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
To the extent permitted by law, Aesir shall not be liable for indirect damages such as loss of data, profits, or service interruptions.
16. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict of law rules.
Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be Munich, Germany.
17. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
Aesir may update this Agreement from time to time. Users will be informed of material changes where required by law.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
19. EXPORT CONTROL
You may not use, export, or re-export the Software in violation of applicable export control laws.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Aesir regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings relating to the Software.
21. ASSIGNMENT
Aesir may assign or transfer this Agreement to an affiliate, successor, or acquirer in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
