This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Amberfield Studios ("Amberfield Studios," "we," "us," or "our") governing your installation, access to, and use of this game ("Game").

By installing, accessing, or playing the Game through Steam, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or play the Game.


Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Amberfield Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Game or any intellectual property rights.


You agree that you will not:

• Sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Game.
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Game except where applicable law expressly permits.
  
• Create unauthorized derivative works.
  
• Use cheats, hacks, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software.
  
• Attempt to bypass security, authentication, or anti-cheat systems.
  
• Use the Game for unlawful purposes.

The Game is distributed through Steam.

Your use of Steam is governed by Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam Online Conduct Rules.

Where Steam's policies apply, those policies take precedence over this Agreement regarding Steam platform services.


The Game contains online multiplayer functionality.

Online features may include matchmaking, dedicated or peer-hosted servers, text chat, voice chat, usernames, player statistics, community content, and other online interactions.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit online services at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online features.


You agree to behave respectfully toward other players.

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other users.
  
• Use hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or sexually explicit language or content.
  
• Impersonate another person or organization.
  
• Exploit bugs or intentionally disrupt gameplay.
  
• Circumvent moderation or enforcement systems.
  
• Encourage or facilitate illegal activities.

Violation of these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of access to online services.


The Game may support Steam Workshop, custom maps, modifications, or other community-created content ("User Content").

User Content:

• Is created entirely by third parties.
  
• Is not created, reviewed, approved, or endorsed by Amberfield Studios.
  
• May contain errors, offensive material, or other undesirable content.
  
• Is provided entirely "AS IS."

You access and use User Content entirely at your own risk.

Amberfield Studios is not responsible for:

• The quality, legality, or accuracy of User Content.
  
• Any damage caused by User Content.
  
• Opinions expressed by creators.
  
• Loss of saved games or compatibility issues arising from User Content.

We reserve the right to disable or remove access to User Content at any time.

If you upload User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to upload the content.
  
• Your content does not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
  
• Your content complies with applicable law.

By uploading User Content, you grant Amberfield Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute, modify where technically necessary, publicly display, and make available that content solely for operating, improving, promoting, and supporting the Game and related services.

Steam Workshop submissions remain subject to Valve's policies.


To provide multiplayer functionality we may process limited information provided through Steam, including:

• Steam ID
  
• Steam display name
  
• Connection information
  
• Gameplay session information

We do not intentionally collect more personal information than is necessary to operate the Game.


The Game, including all software, code, artwork, audio, music, user interface, characters, logos, trademarks, and other content, remains the exclusive property of Amberfield Studios or its licensors.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights.


The Game may automatically receive updates, patches, bug fixes, balance changes, downloadable content, or new features.

Some updates may be required to continue using online services.


This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination you must cease use of the Game.

Amberfield Studios may suspend or permanently revoke access to online services for violations of this Agreement.


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GAME, ONLINE SERVICES, AND USER CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

AMBERFIELD STUDIOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE GAME WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR BE FREE FROM DEFECTS.


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMBERFIELD STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME, ONLINE SERVICES, OR USER CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.


This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Where permitted by law, disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any consumer rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.


Amberfield Studios may update this Agreement from time to time.

Where material changes are made, Steam may require you to accept the updated Agreement before continuing to use the Game.


If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


This Agreement, together with the Steam Subscriber Agreement where applicable, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Amberfield Studios regarding your use of the Game.

By installing, launching, or using the Game through Steam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement.
