This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Dream Pixels Team ("We" or "Developer") regarding the Dream Pixels software ("Software").

- Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software (except as permitted by law)
- Rent, lease, transfer, or sublicense the Software
- Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Software
- Use the Software for any illegal purpose
- Distribute copies of the Software without authorization

2. OPEN SOURCE LICENSE

2.1 MIT License
This Software is open source under the MIT License. The complete open source license text is included in the LICENSE file in the Software installation directory.
2.2 Third-Party Components

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You own the wallpaper content you create (code, images, configurations, etc.). You grant the Software the necessary technical permissions to display and run this content.

4. PRIVACY AND DATA

4.1 Data Collection
This Software may collect the following data:
- Local configuration settings (stored on your computer)
- Wallpaper usage history (stored locally only)
- Application error logs (optional, for debugging purposes only)
4.2 Data Security
All configuration and user data is stored locally and will not be uploaded to any server. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

5.1 "AS IS" Provision
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability

- Warranties of non-infringement
- Warranties of error-free or uninterrupted operation
5.2 Performance
We do not guarantee that the Software will:
- Meet your requirements
- Operate uninterrupted, timely, securely, or error-free
- Produce accurate or reliable results
- Be compatible with all hardware and software configurations

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Indirect Damages
Under no circumstances shall the Developer be liable for:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software (if obtained for free, then zero).

This license will automatically terminate without notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement.
8.2 Obligations Upon Termination
Upon termination of this Agreement, you must:
- Immediately cease using the Software
- Delete all copies of the Software
- Destroy all materials related to the Software

9.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Software and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.
9.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
9.3 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (without regard to conflict of law principles).
9.4 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, it may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction for litigation.
