Delivery Policy: When making a purchase and payment is confirmed, for physical product purchases, delivery takes 7 to 30 days depending on the destination. Digital products are delivered to the registered email address, via messaging, or upon customer request.

Exchange Policy: Financial Products

The customer has 7 days to request an exchange for a product, or for a manufacturing defect within the warranty period.

The product must have genuine manufacturing damage. In the case of a return, the product must be in perfect condition as received.
