END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (the “User”) and GiantK Co., Ltd. (“Developer”) and governs your use of the software product “SoulUp” (the “Software”).
1. License Grant
Developer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Software.
Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary labels.
Use the Software for any unlawful or commercial purposes without prior written consent.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including updates, patches, and all associated intellectual property rights, are owned exclusively by GiantK Co., Ltd..
4. Third-Party Technologies
This Software includes Unreal® Engine code and other code, materials, and information (the “Epic Materials”) from Epic Games, Inc. (“Epic”).
All Epic Materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults and without warranty of any kind.
Epic Games, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Epic Materials.
Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States and elsewhere.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Developer makes no guarantees regarding error-free operation or fitness for any specific purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Developer nor its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
