END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You") and Blood Stain Games ("Developer", "We", "Us"), a non-registered independent game developer, governing your purchase, download, installation, and use of the game Mini Car Coin Collector (the "Game") on the Steam platform, including any associated downloadable content (DLC), updates, patches, and in-app purchases.

1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Blood Stain Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and play Mini Car Coin Collector for your personal, non-commercial use.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Developer.

2. Ownership
The Game, including but not limited to all software, source code, object code, artwork, graphics, music, sound effects, gameplay mechanics, user interfaces, text, trademarks, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Blood Stain Games and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
This Agreement grants you a license to use the Game, not ownership of the Game or any related intellectual property.

3. Steam Platform

4. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
4.1 In-App Purchases
Mini Car Coin Collector may offer optional in-app purchases, including but not limited to virtual currency, coins, cars or other digital content ("Virtual Items"). All in-app purchases are processed through Steam and are subject to Steam’s payment and refund policies.
4.2 Virtual Items
Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services. Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold, and may only be used within the Game.
4.3 Refund Policy
All purchases of the Game and any in-app purchases are processed through Steam. Refunds are handled exclusively in accordance with the Steam Refund Policy.
Players may be eligible for a refund if they request it through Steam within the time and usage limits defined by Steam. Refunds are generally available only if the Game has not been played or fully installed, as determined by Steam’s refund system. Blood Stain Games does not independently process refunds and cannot override Steam’s refund decisions.
Except where required by applicable law or permitted by Steam’s refund policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including in-app purchases and Virtual Items.
4.4 Modifications
Blood Stain Games reserves the right to modify, rebalance, remove, or discontinue any Virtual Items or in-app purchases at any time, with or without notice.

The Developer may provide updates, patches, bug fixes, or new content that may be required to continue playing the Game. Online features, if any, may be modified or discontinued at the Developer’s discretion.

6. User Conduct
You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except where permitted by law. You further agree not to use cheats, hacks, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software, or to use the Game for any unlawful or commercial purpose.
Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your license.

7. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)
If the Game allows you to create or share user-generated content, you grant Blood Stain Games a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Game. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit.

8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Blood Stain Games may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and any licenses granted to you will automatically end.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blood Stain Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game, including loss of data, progress, or Virtual Items. In no event shall the Developer’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Game.
