END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) Last updated: [20/01/2026] This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “You”) and CLOX WORK, located in FRANCE (“Developer”, “We”, “Us”), governing your use of the video game DAWN HERALD: PURPLE FOX. (“Game”). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game. ________________________________________ 1. LICENSE GRANT Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not grant ownership of the Game or any of its content. ________________________________________ 2. RESTRICTIONS You agree not to, and not to permit others to: • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Game except as expressly permitted by law • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices • Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written permission • Create or distribute cheats, bots, hacks, or exploits • Use the Game in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations ________________________________________ 3. OWNERSHIP The Game, including but not limited to all software, code, artwork, music, sound effects, dialogue, characters, lore, gameplay mechanics, and trademarks, is owned by Developer and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Developer. ________________________________________ 4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (IF APPLICABLE) If the Game allows creation or sharing of user-generated content (“UGC”), you retain ownership of your UGC, but you grant Developer a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content for purposes related to the Game. You represent that your UGC does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable laws. ________________________________________ 5. ONLINE FEATURES AND SERVICES Developer may provide online features, updates, or services. These may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. You acknowledge that online features may require an internet connection and may be subject to third-party services (including Steam). ________________________________________ 6. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS Developer may provide patches, updates, or changes to the Game at its discretion. Such updates are considered part of the Game and subject to this Agreement. Developer does not guarantee that the Game will remain available or supported indefinitely. ________________________________________ 7. TERMINATION This Agreement is effective until terminated. Developer may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and uninstall all copies in your possession. ________________________________________ 8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Developer does not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. ________________________________________ 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE GAME. IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME. ________________________________________ 10. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Game. ________________________________________ 11. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [COUNTRY], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [COUNTRY OR REGION]. ________________________________________ 12.
