END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Dmitrii Shashkov (“Developer”) for the game Locum Tenens (“Software”).
By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-revocable license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
• modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
• redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Software unless explicitly permitted;
• use the Software for commercial purposes without written permission.
3. Intellectual Property
All content in the Software (code, graphics, music, names, etc.) is owned by the Developer and protected by copyright laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
4. Updates
The Developer may provide updates or patches. These are also covered by this Agreement.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The User uses it at their own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Developer is not liable for any damages, including data loss, system issues, or other problems resulting from using the Software.
7. Perpetual License
Once the Software is lawfully obtained, the User receives a perpetual, irrevocable license to use the Software for personal use.
Nothing in this Agreement permits the Developer to revoke this license from the User.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Serbia.
