Reask Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Requiem for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the game or its content.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in Requiem and its content (including artwork, sounds, code, and text) remain the sole property of Reask Games.
This license does not grant you ownership of the game or its assets.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
Use the game or its assets for commercial purposes without written permission.
Upload or distribute any part of the game online or on file-sharing platforms.
Modify or create derivative works from the game’s assets.
4. Disclaimer
Requiem is provided “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied.
Reask Games shall not be liable for any damages, data loss, or other issues arising from the use of this software.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated.
Reask Games reserves the right to revoke this license at any time in case of violation of the terms described herein.
6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of TĂĽrkiye.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ä°stanbul.
