END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Another Memories – Demo
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Altun Studios ("Developer") regarding the video game Another Memories – Demo ("Software"), distributed through the Steam platform.
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Definitions
Software: the game Another Memories – Demo, including code, art, audio, music, text, animations, updates, and documentation.
User: any person who downloads, installs, or uses the Software.
Developer: Altun Studios.
Platform: Steam, operated by Valve Corporation.
2. License Grant
The Software is licensed, not sold. Altun Studios grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only, except as expressly permitted.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer the Software without authorization.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Use the Software for commercial purposes except as allowed.
Remove copyright or trademark notices.
4. Intellectual Property
Another Memories is a registered trademark of Altun Studios.
All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including code, art, audio, story, design, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Altun Studios.
5. Streaming and Monetization
Users are expressly permitted to record, stream, publish, and monetize audiovisual content of the Software, provided such content does not redistribute the Software or infringe Altun Studios’ rights.
6. User Generated Content
If the Software allows creation of content (screenshots, videos, settings, or other materials), the User retains ownership but grants Altun Studios a free license to display, share, and promote such content related to the Software.
7. Updates and Support
Altun Studios may provide patches, updates, or improvements. The User agrees such updates are part of the Software and subject to this Agreement. No obligation of continued support is assumed.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Altun Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Altun Studios shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including data loss, emotional distress, anxiety, health issues, or hardware damage.
10. Content Warning
The Software contains horror elements, disturbing imagery, loud sounds, flashing lights, and intense scenes. It may not be suitable for individuals sensitive to anxiety, photosensitive epilepsy, or heart conditions.
11. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term.
12. Relationship with Steam
Use of the Software is also subject to Steam and Valve Corporation terms. Altun Studios is not responsible for the operation of the Platform.
13. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Altun Studios regarding the Software and supersedes prior agreements.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina.
