Game Title: Signal Hill

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Aethra Development ("Developer") regarding your use of the video game Signal Hill (the "Game").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or play the Game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use.
All rights, title, and interest in the Game remain the property of Aethra Development.

You may not:

• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Game or any of its files.
  
• Use the Game or its assets for commercial purposes without written permission.
  
• Circumvent or attempt to disable any technical protections or online systems.
  
• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software.

The Game, including all code, artwork, music, audio, and related materials, is owned by Aethra Development and protected by international copyright laws.

If the Game allows user-generated content (such as mods, screenshots, or recordings), you retain ownership of your creations, but grant Aethra Development a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content related to the Game.

Certain features (such as multiplayer or cloud saves) may require internet access or third-party services (e.g., Steam).
These services are subject to their own terms of use and may change or be discontinued without notice.

Aethra Development reserves the right to terminate this license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game.

The Game is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind.
Aethra Development is not responsible for any damages, data loss, or system failures resulting from use of the Game.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aethra Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
