END USER AGREEMENT
THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ZUONLINE LTD (THE "COMPANY"). THIS TERMS OF AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") DESCRIBES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON WHICH ZUONLINE LTD OFFERS YOU ACCESS AS AN END USER TO ZU ONLINE (THE "GAME"). It is important that you read carefully and UNDERSTAND the terms and conditions of this Agreement. BY CLICKING ON THE "I AGREE" BUTTON, YOU ACCEPT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEIR TERMS; IN WHICH EVENT, YOU WILL BE GRANTED ACCESS TO PLAY ZU ONLINE. 1. BASIC TERMS
(a) Terms of Agreement.
ZUONLINE LTD (the "Company") offers to allow you to play its multi-player online computer game Zu Online. Your ability to play Zu Online is conditional upon your agreement to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and your compliance with the posted Rules of Conduct. Your use of Zu Online constitutes your agreement to these terms and your compliance with the Member Conduct. If you do not agree, you will not be permitted to play Zu Online.

(b) Amendments.
The Company may amend or modify this Agreement or the Rules of Conduct at any time by posting the updated version at http://www.zuonline.org/
. Your continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
(d) Description of Services.
Zu Online is an online fantasy role-playing game accessible at http://www.zuonline.org/
. To use the Service, you must install the Software and create an Account. Internet access is not provided by the Company.
(e) License to Use.
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service and Software for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Software except as permitted by law.
2. ACCOUNT
(a) Eligibility.
Accounts are available only to individuals 18 or older. Under-18 players require parental creation and oversight of the Account.
(b) Ownership.
You acknowledge that Accounts, characters, virtual items, and all associated data are the property of ZUONLINE LTD.
(c) Account ID.
Account IDs must not infringe rights or mislead others. Offensive or inappropriate IDs may be changed or removed.
(d) Registration Obligations.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated.
(e) Passwords.
You are responsible for the security of your password and all activity under your Account.
(f) Account Usage.
Registered users may access the Game through http://www.zuonline.org/
.
(g) Character Name.
Character names must not be offensive or misleading. Only ASCII characters are permitted.
(h) Account Termination.
The Company may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate this Agreement.
3. SERVICE FEE
The Company is not responsible for any additional fees you incur, including Internet charges or hardware costs.
4. SALES OF GAME ITEMS
(a) Purchase of Game Items.
Virtual items may be purchased within Zu Online. Purchases are non-refundable, and transfers outside the Game are prohibited.
(b) Security and Anti-Fraud.
Verification may be required to prevent fraud. Failure to comply may result in suspension.
5. TRADING AMONG PLAYERS
In-game trading between players on the same server is permitted. Real-world trading (including Account sales) is strictly prohibited.
6. CONTENT AND MEMBER CONDUCT
(a) Content.
You may encounter user-generated and licensed content. Inappropriate content may be removed.
(b) Rights in Content.
The Company owns all rights to its content.
(c) User Content.
By submitting content, you grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content.
(d) Conduct.
You must not engage in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
(e) Cheating Programs.
Use of bots, macros, or automation tools is prohibited.
(f) Modification of Client.
Modifying or redistributing the Game client is prohibited.
(g) Exploitation of Bugs.
Exploiting bugs for advantage may lead to Account termination.
7. OFFICIAL SERVICE
Zu Online may only be accessed through official servers operated by ZUONLINE LTD at https://www.zuonline.org/
. Private servers are prohibited.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
(a) The Company complies with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR. Personal data is used solely for operating and improving the Service.
(b) You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data via http://www.zuonline.org/privacy
.
(c) Data may be disclosed when required by law or to enforce this Agreement.
9. PARENTAL GUIDANCE
Some content or interactions may not be suitable for minors. Parental oversight is advised.
10. INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE
The Company may suspend or interrupt the Service for maintenance or unforeseen events. No refunds will be issued for downtime.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game and Service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Game Items in the month of the claim.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify ZUONLINE LTD and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Game or violation of this Agreement.
14. TERMINATION
The Company may terminate this Agreement or your Account for breach or unlawful activity. Termination results in loss of access without refund.
15. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
16. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Agreement is the entire understanding between you and ZUONLINE LTD. If any part is invalid, the remainder stays enforceable. Notices should be sent via http://www.zuonline.org/contact
