Etherwind – End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Accidental Cube ("Developer") for the use of the game Etherwind ("Game").

By downloading, installing, or playing Etherwind, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Etherwind for personal, non-commercial use.

You do not own the Game or any of its content.

2. Online Service

Etherwind is an online multiplayer game and requires an internet connection.

The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any part of it at any time, including during playtests.

3. Accounts

You may be required to use a platform account (such as Steam).

You are responsible for your account and any activity under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Game
  • Disrupt servers or other players’ experience
  • Engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or inappropriate conduct

The Developer may suspend or ban users at their discretion.

5. Virtual Items & Progress

All in-game characters, items, and progress:

  • Are part of the Game service
  • Have no real-world value
  • May be modified, reset, or removed at any time (especially during playtests)

6. Playtest Disclaimer

If you are participating in a playtest:

  • The Game may be incomplete, unstable, or contain bugs
  • Progress may be wiped at any time
  • Features may change without notice

7. Ownership

All content in Etherwind (including code, art, music, and design) is owned by the Developer.

You may not copy, distribute, or use any part of the Game without permission.

8. Termination

The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time for violations of this Agreement or for any reason.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Etherwind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for:

  • Loss of data, progress, or virtual items
  • Service interruptions
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

11. Changes to This Agreement

The Developer may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
