END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
for “Amazons vs Zombies”

Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before installing or using Amazons vs Zombies (“Game”).
By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Pixel Paradise (“Licensor”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a compatible device or platform (including Steam).
You may not:
Copy, modify, translate, or distribute the Game or its assets except as expressly permitted by applicable law;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Game;
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights to the Game;
Use the Game for any commercial purpose, automation, data mining, or derivative works.
2. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in and to the Game, including its visual elements, artwork, characters, dialogue, and code, are owned or licensed by Pixel Paradise.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any part of the Game. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Licensor.
3. Adult Content Disclaimer
The Game contains mature and sexually explicit content intended for adults only (18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
By installing or playing the Game, you confirm that:
You are legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction;
You will not allow minors to access the Game;
You understand that the Game may include nudity, sexual themes, suggestive dialogue, strong language, and/or violent imagery.
If such content offends you, or if it is illegal in your region, do not install or play the Game.
4. Online Features and Accounts
Some Game features may require an active Internet connection or a Steam account.
Pixel Paradise reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any online service or feature at any time without notice or liability.
5. In-Game Purchases and Virtual Items
The Game may include optional in-game purchases or the use of virtual currency. These items:
Have no real-world value;
Are non-refundable and non-transferable;
May be modified, suspended, or removed at any time at Licensor’s discretion.
All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or Steam policy.
6. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows users to upload or share content (e.g., usernames, chat messages, screenshots), you agree not to upload, share, or display any content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or violates others’ rights.
You grant Pixel Paradise a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content within the Game and for promotional purposes.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Exploit bugs or use unauthorized third-party software;
Engage in harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity within the Game;
Upload, share, or create any content involving minors or non-consensual sexual material.
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, permanent ban, or legal action.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Pixel Paradise may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game and related files from your devices.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
PIXEL PARADISE MAKES NO WARRANTIES THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE.
YOUR USE OF THE GAME IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXEL PARADISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Georgia.
