This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("You" or "User") and Usual Game Developer ("Developer", "We", "Us", or "Our") and governs your use of WAVE FUNCTION 1.0 (“Game”) in connection with the Steam platform.

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game through Steam, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

[1.] Relationship with Steam

You acknowledge that Steam and Valve Corporation are not a party to this Agreement. This Agreement is strictly between You and Usual Game Developer. Valve is not responsible for the Game or its support.

[2.] License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use through your Steam account.

[3.] Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Game.
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except as permitted by law.
  
• Use cheats, automation software, bots, or hacks that alter the gameplay experience.
  
• Use the Game for unlawful purposes.

[4.] Steam Terms

Your use of the Game is also governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement. In case of conflict between this Agreement and Steam’s terms, Steam’s terms shall prevail.

• 5. Online Services

We may provide online services such as multiplayer, cloud saves, or leaderboards. These features may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

[6.] User-Generated Content

If the Game allows modding, streaming, or content creation:

You grant Usual Game Developer a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share your in-game content for promotional or operational purposes.

[7.] Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, either express or implied.

[8.] Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Usual Game Developer shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the Game.

[9.] Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop playing and remove the Game from your devices.

[10.] Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.
