ROBA End User License Agreement
Licensor: Renewed Gaming LLC
IMPORTANT: Read carefully. By selecting “I Agree,” installing, or using ROBA, you accept this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the game.
License Grant
Renewed Gaming LLC grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use one copy of ROBA for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to this EULA and applicable platform rules (e.g., Steam).

Ownership
ROBA and all related content (art, audio, code, assets, trademarks) are owned by Renewed Gaming LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
a) Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code except where permitted by law.
b) Circumvent digital rights management or other technical protections.
c) Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the game or access to it.
d) Use the game to violate law, infringe IP, harass others, or otherwise engage in abusive conduct.
e) Interfere with servers or network traffic, or engage in activity that degrades service for others.

Online Features; Server Availability; Revocation
Online features (e.g., multiplayer, matchmaking, leaderboards) may change or be discontinued at any time. Renewed Gaming LLC may, in its sole discretion, suspend, limit, or revoke access to multiplayer or other online services, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this EULA or platform rules, network abuse, harassment, suspected exploitation of bugs, operational or legal considerations, or account misuse. Appeals may be sent to support@renewed-gaming.com. Nothing here obligates Renewed Gaming LLC to provide refunds or compensation for changes or revocations, except as required by platform policy or applicable law.

User-Generated Content (UGC) and Mods
a) Ownership. You retain ownership of your UGC and mods. By submitting, uploading, or making UGC available for ROBA, you grant Renewed Gaming LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute your UGC in connection with ROBA and its promotion.
b) No Commercialization of UGC. You may not sell, license for a fee, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit any UGC or mods made for or derived from ROBA, including without limitation: charging money; placing UGC behind a paywall or “early access” paywall; requiring donations or tips for access; selling access keys; selling in-UGC items or currencies for real money; injecting ads; issuing or selling NFTs or tokens linked to UGC; or monetizing through third-party marketplaces. Any commercialization requires prior written permission from Renewed Gaming LLC (or an official written program we publish that expressly allows monetization).
c) Compliance; Third-Party Rights. Your UGC must be your original work (or you must have all necessary rights) and must not infringe any third-party rights or violate law. You are solely responsible for your UGC.
d) Platform and Guidelines. Your UGC must comply with this EULA, any written modding guidelines we publish, and all applicable platform rules (e.g., Steam workshop policies). If our guidelines conflict with platform rules, follow the stricter requirement.
e) Compatibility and Updates. Updates or patches to ROBA may affect UGC functionality or compatibility. We may modify or disable UGC features at any time.
f) Moderation. We may review, remove, disable, or restrict UGC at our discretion.
g) No Support Obligation. We do not promise support, tools, or documentation for UGC or mods unless explicitly stated in writing.

Updates and Patches
We may deploy updates or changes that you must install to continue using ROBA. Updates may alter gameplay and may impact UGC or mods.

Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide are voluntary. Renewed Gaming LLC may use them without obligation or compensation.

Health and Safety; Photosensitivity
A small percentage of individuals may experience seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain visual images. Stop playing and consult a doctor if you experience symptoms. Take regular breaks and play in a well-lit environment.

Age; Account
You must meet the minimum age required by law and platform policy, or have verifiable parental consent as applicable.

Data and Privacy (Summary)
We may collect limited technical and gameplay data (e.g., Steam ID, IP address, device/platform info, crash logs, basic telemetry) to operate, secure, and improve ROBA, and to provide online features. We do not sell personal data. We may share data with platform providers (e.g., Steam) and service providers as needed, and disclose when required by law. See our full Privacy Notice for details and regional rights. Contact: privacy@renewed-gaming.com.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this EULA or platform rules. You may terminate by uninstalling and ceasing all use. Upon termination, this license ends and you must uninstall ROBA.

Warranty Disclaimer (General Game)
ROBA is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions, so some disclaimers may not apply.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability (Epic Materials)
ROBA includes the Unreal Engine code and other code, materials, and information (the “Epic Materials”) from Epic Games, Inc. (“Epic”). All Epic Materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, “with all faults” and without warranty of any kind. Renewed Gaming LLC, Epic, and Epic’s affiliates disclaim all warranties, conditions, common law duties, and representations (express, implied, oral, and written) with respect to the Epic Materials, including without limitation all express, implied, and statutory warranties and conditions of any kind, such as title, non-interference with your enjoyment, authority, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness or suitability for any purpose (whether or not Epic knows or has reason to know of any such purpose), system integration, accuracy or completeness, results, reasonable care, workmanlike effort, lack of negligence, and lack of viruses, whether alleged to arise under law, by reason of custom or usage in the trade, or by course of dealing. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Renewed Gaming LLC, Epic, and Epic’s affiliates make no warranty that (1) any of the Epic Materials will operate properly, including as integrated in ROBA, (2) that the Epic Materials will meet your requirements, (3) that the operation of the Epic Materials will be uninterrupted, bug free, or error free in any or all circumstances, (4) that any defects in the Epic Materials can or will be corrected, (5) that the Epic Materials are or will be in compliance with a platform manufacturer’s rules or requirements, or (6) that a platform manufacturer has approved or will approve ROBA, or will not revoke approval of ROBA for any or no reason. Any warranty against infringement that may be provided in Section 2-312 of the Uniform Commercial Code or in any other comparable statute is expressly disclaimed by Renewed Gaming LLC and Epic. Renewed Gaming LLC, Epic, and Epic’s affiliates do not guarantee continuous, error-free, virus-free, or secure operation of or access to the Epic Materials. This paragraph will apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Renewed Gaming LLC, Epic, Epic’s licensors, nor its or their affiliates, nor any of Renewed Gaming LLC’s or Epic’s service providers, shall be liable in any way for loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use or inability to use the Epic Materials or otherwise in connection with this EULA, including but not limited to loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure, or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses. In no event will Renewed Gaming LLC, Epic, Epic’s licensors, nor its or their affiliates, nor any of Renewed Gaming LLC’s or Epic’s service providers be liable for any loss of profits or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with this EULA or the Epic Materials, or the delay or inability to use or lack of functionality of the Epic Materials, even in the event of Renewed Gaming LLC’s, Epic’s, or Epic’s affiliates’ fault, tort (including negligence), strict liability, indemnity, product liability, breach of contract, breach of warranty, or otherwise and even if Renewed Gaming LLC, Epic or Epic’s affiliates have been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations and exclusions regarding damages apply even if any remedy fails to provide adequate compensation.
Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, the liability of Renewed Gaming LLC, Epic, Epic’s licensors, its and their affiliates, and any of Renewed Gaming LLC’s or Epic’s service providers shall be limited to the full extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability (General Game)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renewed Gaming LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid for ROBA (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability is limited to the full extent permitted by law.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renewed Gaming LLC from claims arising out of your UGC, your breach of this EULA, or your unlawful conduct.

Export and Sanctions
You must comply with U.S. export controls and sanctions. You may not use ROBA where prohibited by law.

Governing Law; Venue
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue and jurisdiction lie in the state and federal courts located in Polk County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes
We may update this EULA. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, uninstall and stop using ROBA.

Order of Precedence for Epic Materials
If any provision of this EULA conflicts with Section 14 (Epic Materials), Section 14 controls solely with respect to the Epic Materials.

General
No waiver unless in writing. If any term is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign this EULA; we may assign it (e.g., merger or sale). Notices may be provided in-game, via platform announcements, or on our official website. English is the controlling language.
