END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before using the game. Installing, launching, or otherwise using the game indicates your acceptance of these terms.
License
The Developer (Owner of the game) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the game without the Developer’s written permission;
Use the game for commercial purposes without a separate agreement with the Developer;
Distribute the game in any manner that infringes the Developer’s copyrights or violates this Agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to the game, its materials, and content belong to the Developer, and use of the game is permitted only within the scope of this Agreement.
Updates and Fixes
The Developer may provide updates and patches for the game, which are also subject to this Agreement.
Limitations of Liability
The game is provided "as is." The Developer is not responsible for any failures, errors, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of the game.
Age Confirmation and User Responsibility
The user confirms that they meet the age requirements for using this game, as established by applicable laws and/or the platform providing the game. By purchasing and using the game, the user confirms they have reached the legal minimum age.
Warning about Risks Related to Epilepsy
The user acknowledges and understands that the game may contain visual effects such as flashes or flickering that could potentially trigger epilepsy or other medical conditions. If the user has any such conditions, it is recommended to consult a doctor and refrain from continuing to play if any adverse reactions occur.
Termination of the Agreement
This Agreement takes effect from the moment the user begins using the game. The user may cease use and delete the game at any time. The Developer reserves the right to terminate the license if the user breaches any terms of this Agreement.
General Provisions
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Developer’s country. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
Waiver of Legal Proceedings and Dispute Resolution
The user agrees that any disputes or claims arising from this Agreement or in connection with the use of the game shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration.
The user voluntarily waives the right to pursue class action lawsuits and to file claims in court, except where explicitly provided by applicable law.
If an agreement cannot be reached through alternative dispute resolution, the parties agree to refer the dispute to arbitration or another competent authority according to the laws of the Developer’s country.
