End-User License Agreement for Time Sticker
1. Declarant
This game ("Time Sticker", hereinafter referred to as the "Game") is independently developed and published by individual developer LUO ZHEN YU (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer").
2. Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 The Game's core code, plot design, original music, and other elements are independently created by the Developer, and all intellectual property rights therein shall be exclusively owned by the Developer.
2.2 Some of the Game's artistic materials are generated via the "Jimeng AI" platform. The Developer has paid the membership fee and complied with the platform's rules. Such materials are created through the Developer's clear creative intent, personalized prompt design, and post-generation adjustments, which meet the standard of "substantial human contribution". The intellectual property rights of these materials shall be owned by the Developer. The materials have been labeled as AI-generated in accordance with the Measures for the Identification of AI-Generated Synthetic Content.
2.3 Without the Developer's written permission, no entity or individual may crack, reverse engineer, redistribute the Game content, or misappropriate any intellectual property results.
3. User Rights and Obligations
3.1 Users obtain the right to use the Game through the Steam platform. This right is limited to personal non-commercial use and may not be transferred, leased, or licensed to others.
3.2 Users shall not engage in any acts that damage the integrity of the Game (including but not limited to using cheats or modifying game data). Any losses (such as device damage or account suspension) caused by non-compliant operations shall be borne by the user themselves.
4. Data Collection and Protection
4.1 If the Game involves user data collection (e.g., account information, device identifiers), it will strictly comply with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and such data will only be used for the Game's operation and optimization.

5. Disclaimer
5.1 The Game is provided "as is". The Developer does not guarantee that the Game is free from technical defects or operational interruptions, and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by temporary service failures.
5.2 Updates to the Game's content and adjustments to its functions shall be subject to announcements on the Steam platform. The Developer is not obligated to notify users in advance.
5.3 The Developer shall not be liable for game abnormalities caused by issues such as user device compatibility, network environment problems, or interference from third-party software.

The Developer reserves the right to modify this Statement. Modified versions will be announced through the Steam platform. This Statement shall take effect from the date the Game is launched on the platform.
