This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Lunexa Solutions Ltd, trading as LeftLane Interactive ("we", "us"), governing your use of the game Conqueror's Stage ("the Game"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement. Your use of the Game is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game for your own private, non-commercial use, in accordance with this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game or any part of it, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

The Game and all related content are owned by LeftLane Interactive and its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Third-party trademarks and licensed assets are acknowledged in the Game's credits and store page.

The Game collects anonymous crash and error diagnostics to help us identify and fix problems that affect the Game's stability. This processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the software.

• What we collect: technical information about a crash or error, such as the type of error, where in the Game it occurred, and basic technical details (call stack, game version, operating system).
  
• What we do NOT collect: We do not collect your name, email, or account information, and your IP address is not stored. Crash dump files are processed only to identify the error and are then deleted; only the anonymized error information is retained (for up to 30 days) so that we can diagnose and fix the issue.
  
• Who processes it: Crash diagnostics are processed on our behalf by Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) as our data processor, with data stored in the European Union.
  
• Your control: Crash reporting is on by default. You can turn it off at any time in the Game's Settings menu under "Send anonymous crash reports." Disabling it stops all crash data from being sent.

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update this Agreement; material changes will be presented to you through Steam.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
