Revised Version Based on Mexican Law
Between:
Bloody Gameworks, in its capacity as Developer, and GRUPO SAMDEL S.A. DE C.V., in its capacity as Publisher (hereinafter jointly referred to as “the Rights Holders”), and;
You (the “User”), a natural or legal person who installs, uses, or accesses the video game “Children's Fear” (hereinafter, “the Game”), enter into this End User License Agreement (EULA) in accordance with the following:
CLAUSES
First. (Acceptance of Terms).
By installing, copying, or using the Game, the User expressly agrees to the terms of this EULA, in accordance with Articles 1803 and 1832 of the Federal Civil Code.
If the User does not accept the conditions set forth herein, the User shall not install or use the Game, in accordance with the principles of contractual freedom provided for in substantive law.
Second. License Grant
In accordance with Articles 27, section II, 30, and 31 of the Federal Copyright Law, the Rights Holders grant the User a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to:
Third. Intellectual Property and Copyright
The Game is protected by the Federal Copyright Law (LFDA), the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) Copyright Treaty (WCT), and other applicable international treaties.
The owners of all economic and moral rights to the Game are:

Publisher: GRUPO SAMDEL S.A. DE C.V.
Based on Articles 13, 27, 28, and 216 bis of the LFDA, the following is expressly prohibited:
Any unauthorized use will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Fourth. Content and Age Rating.
The Game contains elements of psychological horror, including violence, strong language, and sensitive topics.
In accordance with the classification guidelines of the Ministry of the Interior (SEGOB), it is recommended for ages 16 and up, or the minimum age applicable under the laws of the User's country.
The Rights Holders shall not be liable for any emotional, psychological, or moral effects arising from the use of the Game, pursuant to Article 1910 of the Federal Civil Code and the principles of autonomy of will.
Fifth. Updates and Modifications
In exercising the economic rights provided for in Articles 30, 31, and 33 of the LFDA, the Rights Holders reserve the right to:
Continued use of the Game after such modifications implies tacit acceptance of the new terms (Articles 1833 and 1834 of the CCF).
Sixth. Specific Prohibitions
The User shall refrain from:
Failure to comply with these prohibitions will constitute an administrative offense or crime under Mexican law.
Seventh. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided “as is,” without express or implied warranty, in accordance with Article 82 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law.
The Rights Holders do not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions, nor are they responsible for:
WARNING: The User agrees that the use of the Game is at their own risk, releasing the developers and creators from any liability.
Eighth. Technical Support
Technical support will be provided on a limited and temporary basis while the Game is under development or in the process of legal registration.
Requests will be handled exclusively through the official channels of the Developer or Publisher, in accordance with contractual good faith.
Ninth. Duration and Termination
This EULA shall come into force upon installation or first use of the Game and shall remain in force until its termination for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the Game and cease all use.
Tenth. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
Any dispute arising from it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, in accordance with Article 104 of the Political Constitution and Article 14 of the Commercial Code.

The data relating to copyright and trademark registrations will be updated once the corresponding legal proceedings before the National Copyright Institute (INDAUTOR) and the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI) have been completed.

This document will be updated once the corresponding procedures have been completed.
Between:
Bloody Gameworks, in its capacity as Developer, and GRUPO SAMDEL S.A. DE C.V., in its capacity as Publisher (hereinafter jointly referred to as “the Rights Holders”), and;
You (the “User”), a natural or legal person who installs, uses, or accesses the video game “Children's Fear” (hereinafter, “the Game”), enter into this End User License Agreement (EULA) in accordance with the following:

- Install and run a single copy of the Game on a compatible device.
- Use the Game exclusively for personal, recreational, and non-commercial purposes.
- This license does not imply any transfer of ownership rights or assignment of any kind over the elements of the Game (source code, design, characters, narrative, music, etc.), which remain the exclusive property of the Rights Holders.
Third. Intellectual Property and Copyright
The Game is protected by the Federal Copyright Law (LFDA), the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) Copyright Treaty (WCT), and other applicable international treaties.

- Disassembling, decompiling, or altering the source code.
- Using visual, audio, or narrative resources without express consent.
- Distributing, reproducing, or publicly communicating the content for unauthorized commercial or profit-making purposes.
- The name “Children's Fear,” its logo, and distinctive elements are registered trademarks or trademarks pending registration under the Industrial Property Law.
Any unauthorized use will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

- Update, modify, improve, or withdraw the Game in whole or in part.
- Implement technical measures to protect against piracy.
- Modify this ALUF, notifying the User by reasonable electronic means.
Continued use of the Game after such modifications implies tacit acceptance of the new terms (Articles 1833 and 1834 of the CCF).
Sixth. Specific Prohibitions
The User shall refrain from:
- A) Using the Game for profit or public exhibition without express license.
- Altering, hacking, disassembling, or manipulating its files.
- B) Distributing modified versions, cracks, or unauthorized copies.
- C) Using Game content in videos, mods, or fan art for commercial purposes without written authorization.
Failure to comply with these prohibitions will constitute an administrative offense or crime under Mexican law.

The Game is provided “as is,” without express or implied warranty, in accordance with Article 82 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law.

- Direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
- Loss of data, income, or profits.
- Emotional, psychological, or moral damages related to the use of the Game.
WARNING: The User agrees that the use of the Game is at their own risk, releasing the developers and creators from any liability.

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
