This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “Player”) and CanDes Games (“Developer”) regarding your use of the video game Candy Destroyer (“Game”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play the Game on your personal device(s) for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Game or any part of it.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose.
Exploit the Game to cheat, hack, or gain unfair advantage in multiplayer.
3. Ownership
The Game, including all intellectual property rights, graphics, music, and code, is owned by the Developer, CanDes Games. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game or its content to you.
4. Updates
The Developer may provide updates, patches, or new content for the Game. Updates are subject to this Agreement and may be automatically applied via Steam or other distribution platforms.
5. Early Access / Beta Disclaimer
If you access Candy Destroyer in Early Access, you acknowledge that:
The Game may contain bugs, incomplete features, and balance issues.
Your feedback may be used by the Developer to improve the Game.
The Game may change significantly before the full release.
6. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows user-generated content, you retain ownership of your content but grant the Developer a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it in the Game and for promotional purposes.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this Agreement immediately if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must delete or uninstall all copies of the Game.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of data, profits, or other losses.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
