Important: Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before installing or playing Blastroid. By installing or playing the game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or play the game.

1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Blastroid for personal and non-commercial use only.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the game.

Distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the game.

Use the game or its assets for commercial purposes without permission.

Use the game’s name, logos, or trademarks without authorization.

3. Ownership

The game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and intellectual property remain with the Developer.

4. User-Generated Content

If user-generated content is allowed, you retain ownership of your creations, but grant the Developer a non-exclusive right to use such content for promotion or improvement of the game.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the game.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the game.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country in which the user resides, unless otherwise required by local law.
