IMPORTANT: Please read this Agreement carefully before installing or using the "Katrikatrina" software (hereinafter "the Game"). By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
2. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game, including graphics, music, code, and other content, is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. All rights belong to Malaconcarne.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Sell, rent, or sublicense the Game.
- Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the code.
- Distribute unauthorized copies of the Game.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If the Game allows you to create or share content, you retain your rights to that content, but you grant Malaconcarne a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use it in connection with the operation of the Game.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Malaconcarne shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Game.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. In such event, you must uninstall the Game and delete all copies.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
