This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Creadev Technologies Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada (“Creadev,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Agreement governs your installation, access to, and use of:

The Creadev editor (if downloadable)

Engine runtime components

SDKs and build tools

APIs

Plugins

Documentation

Associated updates and patches
(collectively, the “Software”).

By installing, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and any applicable subscription terms, Creadev grants you a:
Limited
Non-exclusive
Non-transferable
Non-sublicensable
Revocable
license to install and use the Software solely for:
Creating interactive games and experiences
Publishing such content in compliance with Creadev’s Terms of Use
Commercial or personal use, as permitted by your subscription
No ownership rights are transferred to you.

The Software, including all:
Engine code
Runtime components
Systems and architecture
Tools
User interface
Documentation
Trademarks and branding

are and remain the exclusive property of Creadev Technologies Inc. and its licensors.

This Agreement grants a license, not a sale.

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code.

Modify or create derivative works of the Software itself.

Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Software except as permitted.

Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Use the Software to develop a competing engine or platform.

Circumvent technological protection measures.

Use the Software in violation of any applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Software (“User Content”).

However:

You are solely responsible for your User Content.

You must ensure it does not violate applicable laws or Creadev’s Terms of Use.

Creadev is not responsible for your published content.

You may not use the Software to create or distribute content that includes:

Pornographic or sexually explicit material

Sexualized content involving minors

Promotion of self-harm or suicide

Real-money gambling without proper licenses

Hate speech or discriminatory content

Promotion of illegal drug use

Terrorist or extremist content

Malware, phishing tools, or exploit software

Content that infringes third-party intellectual property

Creadev reserves the right to suspend or terminate licenses for violations.

Creadev may provide:

Patches

Updates

Security fixes

Feature improvements

Updates may be mandatory for continued use.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Software features at any time.

Certain Software features may require:

Internet connectivity

Active account

Valid subscription

Creadev does not guarantee:

Continuous availability

Permanent storage of data

Error-free operation

You agree not to export or use the Software in violation of:

Canadian export laws

U.S. export regulations

International sanctions laws

Commercial use of the Software may require:

Active subscription

Revenue reporting

Compliance with platform-specific licensing tiers

Failure to maintain required subscription status may result in termination of license rights.

This Agreement is effective until terminated.

It will terminate automatically if you:

Violate this Agreement

Fail to comply with subscription requirements

Upon termination:

You must uninstall and cease use of the Software.

All license rights immediately end.

Sections regarding ownership, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Creadev does not warrant:

That the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free

That it will meet your business expectations

That your games will be commercially successful

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Creadev shall not be liable for:

Lost profits

Lost data

Business interruption

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Software in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creadev Technologies Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of:

Your use of the Software

Your User Content

Your published games

Your violation of this Agreement or applicable laws

This Agreement is governed by the laws of:

Province of British Columbia, Canada

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

This EULA operates alongside Creadev’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict regarding Software licensing, this Agreement governs.
