END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Save Our Ship – Provided by Skyfect
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) becomes effective upon your download, installation, access, or use of the software titled Save Our Ship (“Game”), provided by Skyfect (“Developer”). By installing or playing the Game, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Game. All intellectual property rights in and to the Game remain with the Developer.
2. Restrictions
You are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the Game:
Using hacks, cheats, exploits, bots, mods, or any similar software that disrupts the functionality of the Game or its servers.
Copying, distributing, selling, renting, or creating derivative works of any part of the Game.
Selling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Game for commercial purposes or through third-party services.
Removing, altering, or obscuring copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
3. Online Services
The Game may require an active internet connection.
The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate servers or online services at any time.
Players are responsible for their conduct online and must comply with community guidelines.
4. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you create or share in the Game (e.g., usernames, chat messages, images).
The Developer reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any inappropriate content.
5. Updates and Patches
The Developer may provide updates or patches to fix issues, ensure security, or add new features.
By continuing to use the Game, you agree to install and use the most recent version.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Game, including all content (graphics, audio, characters, code, storyline, etc.), is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
All rights remain the property of the Developer.
7. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or the Developer.
Your license will immediately terminate if you breach any terms of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete the Game from your device.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for any specific purpose.
The Developer shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or connectivity issues resulting from your use of the Game.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
