This Privacy Policy is provided to explain how we store and use the information collected inside of the game.

What information is collected

• Your "Steam ID" (unique identifier for your Steam account)
  
• Your Steam account nickname ("profile name")
  
• Matches played while connected to the Online Services
  
• Items purchased with Virtual Currency inside of the game
  
• Virtual Currency earned inside of the game
  
• In-Game earned Achievements
  
• The IP address used for your last log-in

What we do with the information we collect

• Your information is never shared with any third-parties, excluding the hosting provider and in-game Statistics visible inside of the game or for Leaderboard purposes
  
• You may request for all of your information to be deleted by sending an email to lory@lory.dev specifying your Steam ID or profile name and proving account ownership

Children
We are committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of children who use our services, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA).
We do not knowingly collect, use or share personal information from children under the age of 13.
If we determine that a service is being used by children under the age of 13, we remove all of their information from our systems.
If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe your child has shared any personal information with us, please contact us by emailing us at lory@lory.dev and we will remove the information from our systems.

By installing, using or accessing the game, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, use or access the game.

1. Age Restriction
You may not use or access the game if you are under the age of 13.

2. Account Restrictions
You may not use the game if you have been previously been banned or removed by the developers.

3. License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license to access and use the game for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the game for any other purpose.

4. Suspension and termination of Account
We retain the right to limit, suspend, terminate, modify or delete accounts or restrict access to the game (in whole or in part) under the following circumstances:

• Violation or suspected violation of these terms
  
• Actual or suspected illegal or improper use of the game

Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice. Account termination or limitation may result in the loss of your profile, benefits, privileges, earned content and purchased items. We are not obligated to provide compensation for any such losses.
We may also take the following actions if we determine that users are creating risk, potential legal issues or acting contrary to these terms:

• Limit, suspend or terminate the game and user accounts (in whole or in part)
  
• Block access to our games, content and services

We reserve the right to terminate any account that remains inactive for 240 consecutive days.

4.1. Service Discontinuation
We may discontinue offering or supporting the game, or any portion of it at any time. In such cases, your license to use the game or portion thereof will automatically end.
We are not required to provide refunds, benefits or other compensation to users when the game or services are discontinued.
Account termination includes the disabling of your access to the game and all associated content.

4.2. Voluntary Account Termination
You may terminate your account and delete all associated information at any time by contacting us at lory@lory.dev and requesting account termination. We may require additional verification information in order to complete this process. This process may take up to thirty (30) days.

5. Anti-Tamper
You may not modify, tamper, reverse engineer, exploit, or otherwise do any activity that is unrelated to playing the game with the game files. We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates this rule.

The EULA can change at any time. Whenever it does change, the old EULA does not apply anymore and the new one immediately takes its place, right after it is accepted.
