This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (the "User") and SmartPixel Gaming ("Developer"). By installing or playing Starfall Offensive, you agree to the following terms:

License Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Starfall Offensive for personal, non-commercial use.

Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in Starfall Offensive, including but not limited to artwork, code, music, and other assets, remain the property of SmartPixel Gaming.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, decompile, or distribute Starfall Offensive except as permitted by law.

Commercial use (e.g., selling, renting, or operating in a public venue) without written permission is prohibited.

You may not use the game’s assets (art, audio, code) outside of the game without permission.

Streaming & Content Creation
You are permitted to stream, record, and monetize videos of gameplay, provided such use is non-misleading and includes appropriate credit to Starfall Offensive.

Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Violation of these terms may result in termination of your license to use the game.

Starfall Offensive is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SmartPixel Gaming is not liable for any damages arising from use of the game.
