VITA, including its title, world, characters, systems, lore, written content, visual assets, music, sound effects, user interface, gameplay design, source code, original concepts, and related intellectual property, is owned by Collaboration Games unless otherwise stated.
All rights are reserved.
VITA was authored, assembled, tested, broken, fixed, broken again, rebuilt, and spiritually negotiated into existence by one human developer operating under medically questionable levels of persistence in a shed. Any resemblance to a sensible production pipeline is purely coincidental.
The final player-facing creative assets in VITA are human-authored. AI tools may assist with planning, debugging, documentation, code review, architectural discussion, or keeping the developer from entering the woods and becoming a cautionary folktale, but the shipped creative work is authored, selected, edited, implemented, and approved by human judgment.
Purchasing, downloading, installing, or playing VITA grants you a limited license to play the game. It does not grant ownership of the game, its intellectual property, source code, assets, music, sounds, writing, systems, characters, UI, lore, or any other original content. Please do not extract, resell, redistribute, repackage, mint, train on, scrape, clone, impersonate, or otherwise perform dark wizardry upon the work.
Players are welcome to create screenshots, videos, streams, reviews, commentary, memes, and other normal community content, provided it is not used to misrepresent ownership, sell extracted assets, create counterfeit versions of the game, or convince the public that the shed has formed a corporation without telling anyone.
Third-party tools, engines, middleware, plugins, fonts, trademarks, platform services, and technologies used in development remain the property of their respective owners. VITA claims ownership only over its original authored game content and intellectual property, not over Unity, platform SDKs, middleware, or tools made by other people who also appear to be fighting their own wars against software.
No part of VITA may be copied, redistributed, sublicensed, reverse-engineered, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative commercial products except where expressly permitted by law, platform policy, or written permission from the rights holder.
VITA is provided as a work of interactive software, emotional over-commitment, and stubborn human authorship. It is not guaranteed to cure boredom, restore faith in the industry, or make Unity behave.
