This End-User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and gakuen.org for the use of the "Sentou Gakuen: Revival" software product ("the Software").

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. DEFINITIONS

• Software: Refers to the "Sentou Gakuen: Revival" software product.
  
• gakuen.org: Refers to the entity providing the Software.
  
• User: Refers to you, the end-user of the Software.

2. LICENSE GRANT
gakuen.org grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal and non-commercial purposes. This license is limited to the terms specified in this Agreement. You may install and use the Software on a single computer or device.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are the property of gakuen.org and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. gakuen.org retains all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.

4. USAGE RESTRICTIONS
You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software without the express written consent of gakuen.org.
  
• Modify, alter, or interfere with any part of the Software, including but not limited to game files, stored data, memory values, network communication, or any other component, in any way.
  
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Software.
  
• Distribute, rent, lease, lend, or transfer the Software to any third party.
  
• Use the Software for commercial purposes without the express written consent of gakuen.org. However, this restriction does not apply to the creation of videos, streams, or other content based on the Software, as long as such content does not involve the unauthorized distribution of the Software.
  
• Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

5. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from gakuen.org if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession and cease all use of the Software. gakuen.org may also terminate this Agreement at its sole discretion by providing written notice to you.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. gakuen.org does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. gakuen.org disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall gakuen.org be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if gakuen.org has been advised of the possibility of such damages. gakuen.org's total liability for any claim under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved within the jurisdiction over the area where gakuen.org is based. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia while using the Software. Any use of the Software that violates these laws and regulations is strictly prohibited.

9. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
gakuen.org reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of such changes through the Software or via email. Your continued use of the Software after the changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

10. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
By creating, submitting, or sharing content within the Software, you grant gakuen.org a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content. You are solely responsible for any content you create or share, and you agree that gakuen.org shall not be liable for any claims related to user-generated content. gakuen.org reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or any applicable laws, including the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

11. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
gakuen.org may provide updates, patches, or other modifications to the Software at its discretion. Support for the Software may be available, but gakuen.org is not obligated to provide support or maintain any particular version of the Software. gakuen.org may discontinue support for the Software at any time without notice.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and gakuen.org regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Software.

By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
