END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. License Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use "Batty: Shadowless Adventures" (“the Game”) for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Game remain exclusively with Universes Creators, including but not limited to:
- All characters, including Batty, enemies, and supporting designs.
- Artwork, animations, environments, and visual style.
- Music, sound effects, and story elements.
- The game code and all related assets.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Game.
- Use characters, artworks, assets, or other content from the Game for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Universes Creators.
- Create characters, games, or assets that intentionally imitate or copy Batty’s likeness, style, or distinctive features.
- Use the names “Batty,” “Batty: Shadowless Adventures,” or any confusingly similar titles in connection with other projects, products, or media.
- Produce merchandise, collectibles, or promotional items based on the Game or its characters without written authorization.
4. Character and Brand Protection
Batty is an original creation of Universes Creators.
Batty is depicted as a flying cat-bat hybrid with large expressive eyes, bat wings, and a distinctive pastel-colored outfit.
All visual, narrative, and conceptual elements of Batty are protected by copyright.
The names “Batty” and “Batty: Shadowless Adventures” are trademarks of Anna Berezina/Universes Creators.
Unauthorized use of these names, or creation of derivative characters resembling Batty, is strictly prohibited.
5. Fan Content and Streaming
- Non-commercial fan art, mods, or derivative works are permitted for personal use.
- Streaming, Let’s Plays, and video content are permitted, including monetization through platforms such as YouTube and Twitch, provided proper attribution is given.
- Redistribution, reselling, or misrepresentation of the Game’s content as your own is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Universes Creators is not responsible for any damages, data loss, or other issues arising from the use of the Game.
7. Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international copyright laws.
