Player Agreement and Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 15, 2025

Welcome to Diamond Treasure!
Before entering the game, please read and agree to the following terms. This agreement is issued by Verspot Technology (China) Co., Ltd. to ensure a fair and transparent gaming environment and to protect the legal rights of both players and the official operator.

This game is a chest-opening and diamond-trading game based on the Steam platform. Players can obtain diamonds by purchasing treasure chests. Diamonds can be traded on the Steam Market or used for display. The probability of obtaining each diamond is transparent and subject to periodic updates.

2.1 You have the right to purchase treasure chests through official channels or within the game to obtain and trade diamonds.
2.2 You may redeem special event diamonds for physical rewards through the official redemption process.
2.3 You agree to:

• Not use cheats, hacking tools, scripts, or unauthorized third-party software to interfere with the fairness of the game.
• Not acquire treasure chests or diamonds through unofficial channels.
• Not exploit game bugs or loopholes for unfair gain.
• Comply with Steam community rules and the trading rules of this game.

3.1 We guarantee transparency regarding diamond probability rates and will provide accurate information to players.
3.2 We reserve the right to adjust diamond styles and acquisition methods as needed for operational purposes.
3.3 We reserve the right to take actions against violations of this agreement, including but not limited to freezing accounts, confiscating illegally obtained diamonds, suspending, or terminating services.

4.1 Diamond trading is limited to the Steam Market. The official operator assumes no responsibility for trade disputes.
4.2 Physical reward redemption must pass official verification. All items are subject to the actual product delivered, and returns or exchanges are not supported.

5.1 Any form of cheating, fraud, or abuse of treasure chests or diamonds will be considered a serious violation.
5.2 We will use Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC) technology and other monitoring methods to detect abnormal activities. Offenders may face account bans and potential legal action.

6.1 The game does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (such as server maintenance).
6.2 You are solely responsible for risks arising from personal mistakes or violations of this agreement.

We may update this agreement from time to time. The latest version will be published within the game or on the official website. Continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
