END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. AGREEMENT
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and
ZeroTix (“Developer”) regarding the installation, access, and use of the software Evades X (“Software”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, ZeroTix grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download, install, and use Evades X on Windows, macOS, and Web platforms you own or control.
- Use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment, unless explicitly granted
commercial rights by ZeroTix in writing.
You acknowledge that the Software is licensed, not sold, and all rights not expressly granted are
reserved by ZeroTix.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
1. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
2. Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or commercially exploit the Software without ZeroTix’s
written permission.
3. Modify, alter, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
4. Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security or technical protection measures.
5. Use the Software for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
4. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in Evades X—including code, assets, design, trademarks, and
artwork—remain the exclusive property of ZeroTix.
5. UPDATES
ZeroTix may provide patches or updates. These are governed by this EULA unless replaced by a new
one.
6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
Evades X allows users to create or share user-generated content (“UGC”). You retain ownership of
your UGC but grant ZeroTix a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and modify
such content within the game and its ecosystem. You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, or harmful
content. ZeroTix may remove UGC at its discretion.
7. ONLINE SERVICES
If the Software includes online or multiplayer features:
- ZeroTix may suspend or terminate access for misconduct.
- Service interruptions may occur and are not guaranteed.
- Online features may be modified or discontinued at any time.
8. PRIVACY
Use of the Software may require collection of technical data, analytics, or crash information. This data
will be handled per ZeroTix’s privacy practices.
9. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Software is provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind. ZeroTix disclaims all implied
warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ZeroTix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of
data, profits, or business. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software.
11. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. ZeroTix may terminate it if you fail to comply. Upon
termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA is the entire agreement between you and ZeroTix concerning Evades X.
