End User License Agreement (EULA)
The Last Night: Zombie Attack
Last updated: 27th January 2026
1. What this agreement is
This is a deal between you (the player) and us (the developers of The Last Night: Zombie Attack). By installing or playing the game, you’re saying “yes, I accept these rules.” If you don’t agree, don’t install or play.
2. What you get
We give you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and play the game for your own entertainment. You don’t “own” the game itself—just the right to use it on your computer, console, or device.
3. What you can’t do
To keep things fair:
No reselling, renting, or redistributing the game.
Don’t hack, cheat, or tamper with the code.
No commercial use (like running it in an arcade or streaming service for money) unless we’ve agreed in writing.
Don’t claim you made it. Zombies are ours.
4. Online features
If the game has online play, we expect basic respect:
Don’t harass, exploit, or cheat other players.
We can ban or block accounts that break these rules.
5. Mods and community content
We love creativity, but:
Mods are allowed only if they don’t include our copyrighted assets outside the game, break the game for others, or are sold for money.
Fan art, videos, and streams are cool—just credit the game and keep things legal.
6. Updates and patches
We may update or patch the game from time to time. Updates may fix bugs, add content, or change features. Some may be required to keep playing.
7. Age and responsibility
This game may have violence, gore, or horror themes. It’s not for kids.
You’re responsible for how you use the game (and for checking if it’s age-appropriate in your region).
8. Our liability
We built this with care, but:
We don’t promise it will run perfectly on every machine.
We aren’t liable for damages if the game crashes, corrupts saves, or causes other losses. Use at your own risk.
9. Ending the agreement
If you break the rules, your right to play can end automatically. You can also stop playing anytime, but the agreement continues to cover past use.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of your country / region. Local consumer rights still apply.
