1. Grant of License
The developer (“Licensor”) grants you (“Licensee”) a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the software “YourFocus” on one or more devices solely for its intended purpose.
2. Ownership and Copyright
This software is protected by copyright law. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the software remain the property of the Licensor. This license does not grant you ownership of the software.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the software,
sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or lend the software to third parties,
copy or distribute the software or any of its components to others.
4. Updates and Changes
The Licensor may provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the software at any time. These will also be governed by the terms of this EULA unless accompanied by separate license terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
Use of the software is at your own risk.
The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies from your devices.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Jurisdiction, where legally permissible, shall be the registered office of the Licensor.
