Subject of the Agreement. This agreement is entered into between you (the user) and the developer of the game Lunar Lakes (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") and governs the use of the game.

License. The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions. It is prohibited to:

distribute copies of the game;

decompile, modify, or create derivative works based on the game;

use the game for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Developer.

Disclaimer of Warranties. The game is provided "as is". The Developer does not guarantee that the game will operate without errors or meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability. The Developer shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the game.

Updates. The Developer reserves the right to release updates, patches, and new content at their sole discretion.
