Caution! By running/playing the game, downloading, copying, or otherwise utilizing the game client software, you are deemed to have strictly agreed to the following terms and conditions.
If you ("you" refers to the user) do not have the legal capacity to receive online game services, or if the laws of your country or jurisdiction impose other legal restrictions on online games, use of the game is prohibited in the territory of each country, and you may not use the game and/or its associated services. You are obligated to cease using the game and its associated services.
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitutes a legal agreement between KIMYS STUDIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Rights Holder," and each individual game user (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
1. Overview.
1.1. This Agreement applies based on the agreements between Valve Corporation and the rights holder for the Steam Internet resource, the party responsible for the game "Scared of Zombies" (hereinafter referred to as "Partner").
1.2. The "Game Rules" shall be considered an integral part of this Agreement, and if provided with the software necessary for the user to participate in the Game, the "License Agreement" shall also be considered an integral part. Together, the full text of the User Agreement, which defines the relationship between the user and the rights holder, is hereby confirmed.
1.3. KIMYS STUDIO (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner of Exclusive Property Rights"), the exclusive property rights holder for the Game, owns the dominant rights thereto. In accordance with applicable local laws, the Owner of Exclusive Property Rights grants the right to use the Game in the territory of a specific country (hereinafter referred to as the "Relevant Country").
Users may not use any part of the Game or the Game Process other than the Game without the written consent of the Owner of Exclusive Property Rights.
1.4. The user's understanding and agreement, and all rights to all parts of the game, including the terms and conditions for using the game, are the exclusive property of the owner of the game characters, game items and accessories, in-game currency, graphics, photos, animations, videos, video clips, audio tracks, sound effects, music, text content, and other components of the game. The user's rights arise upon the user's understanding and agreement, and acceptance of all rights to all parts of the game, including the terms and conditions for using the game.
The user understands, accepts, and agrees that all game features, including any functions and abilities, are specifically related to the game parts. Although the user is permitted to control and operate these game features within the computer game, the user's modifications and operation of these game features cannot be considered in any circumstances when transferring the exclusive ownership rights of these game features from the owner to the user. Such modifications and operation of these game features cannot be considered as the user's copyright or co-authorship of these game features.
The user warrants that he or she has all authority to enter into this Agreement. If the User is under the age of majority, the User guarantees that he or she has obtained the legally required authorization from his or her parent or other legal guardian.
The User confirms that information regarding the minimum hardware and software requirements for using the Game has been provided previously. The User must verify these requirements and possess the hardware and software necessary to use the Game.
1.5. Terms used in these Terms:
"Game" means an online game played on a personal computer, using an interactive program. The Game resides on Steam resources (servers).
The User may participate in the Game in an interactive (online) mode using an Internet connection to Steam resources, with or without installing a client-side application.
The User participates in the Game individually and is the end consumer of the Services and Additional Services.
Services mean access to the Game provided by the Service Provider, which provides features and services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. The Rights Holder provides the Service to enable the User to participate in the Game.
Additional Services mean special game features provided to the User for an additional fee, in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. Additional Services are not a prerequisite for participating in the Game and provide the User with additional functionality beyond the scope of the Service. Additional Services are provided upon the User's request. Additional services may only be provided by the user (via the game and/or Steam device) and within the user's game. These services consist of in-game currency that can be purchased with in-game currency.
The service provider does not charge or compensate the user for any additional service expenses.
The game client portion is software that the user receives from the service provider upon request for the user's participation in the game. The client is installed on the user's personal computer. The game client is a program for the personal computer and is the exclusive property of the service provider.
The game rules are an appendix to the user agreement that sets restrictions for the user in the game and defines the rules of participation and behavior. Compliance with the game rules is a prerequisite for the user's participation and receipt of services and additional services. The game rules may be changed by the service provider at any time without prior notice. The service provider will notify the user of these changes by posting information on the game's website or Steam's internet resources. Continuing to play the game constitutes acceptance of these changes.
2. Subject of Agreement
2.1. The Service Provider provides additional services, in addition to general multi-access to the Game Service Game, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
From the moment they agree to this Agreement, any individual accessing the Game is a User of the Game and assumes the rights and obligations provided for in this Agreement.
2.2. Responsibilities of the Service Provider
2.2.1. The Service Provider provides access to the Game and additional services to the User in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2.2. The Service Provider provides communication services available in the Game, including in-game chat.
2.2.3. The Service Provider notifies Users of changes to the current Agreement by posting information on the Game's resources or Steam resources.
2.2.4. If the Client Part is required, the Service Provider provides the possibility to obtain the Client Part of the Game via the Internet (download) from the Game's website or from other media sources, as well as from Partners.
2.3. Rights of the Service Provider
2.3.1. During the trial period (the Game's trial period and the Game Forum), the Service Provider reserves the right to limit, expand, modify, or discontinue the Service and additional services at any time without prior notice to Users.
2.3.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the game and gameplay. The Service Provider may suspend or modify the game process and game conditions at any time without prior notice to users.
2.3.3. The Service Provider may, at any time, delete any information posted by users on the Service Game's resources, including statements and declarations, regarding modifications.
2.3.4. The Service Provider may suspend or discontinue the Service and additional services provided to users in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, particularly if the User fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the Service Provider determines that the User's data has been improperly used. The Service Provider also reserves the right to notify users of violations of the Terms and Conditions, post notices/warnings, and/or temporarily or permanently block access to the Game or terminate (cancel) the Agreement. Notification of termination will be sent to the email address provided by the registered User (whgdmsrmeo@gmail.com).
If the User does not access the Game for an extended period of time, the Service Provider may delete the User's account.
2.3.5. We send users informational or technical messages (either individually or with the participation of third parties) in certain game-related messages (hereinafter referred to as "Messages"). Users agree to receive these Messages and agree that they will not be spam.
By accepting the terms of this Agreement, users agree to receive these Messages at their own discretion.
Users have the right to stop receiving these Messages in accordance with Section 2.5.1 of this Agreement.
2.3.6. Users who violate other provisions of this Agreement regarding the Game Rules will be notified by warnings, notifications, or comments regarding the Game Rules. The Service Provider's instructions are mandatory for users.
2.3.7. One of the Games, including the Game Client portion, may be improved or modified at any time without prior notice. Therefore, users may participate in the current version of the Game.
2.3.8. We will take measures to protect the rights of the Game in accordance with the provisions of the Republic of Cyprus and/or international laws.
2.3.9. In the event of suspension, restriction, or termination of the Service and/or Additional Services, the User will resume the Services in accordance with the terms of the User Account for the period prior to the suspension. 2.4. Limited Liability of the Service Provider
2.4.1. Users are solely responsible for utilizing Steam resources, including the game and its resources, including the client portion. Users are responsible for the compatibility and operability of software and hardware on their personal computers.
2.4.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for any criminal acts that may be committed by the User.
2.4.3. The Service Provider is not responsible for the statements made by users who create or distribute Steam resources. The Service Provider is not responsible for the actions of users of games or characters in Steam, including the conduct and ideology of in-game characters, the actions of users in games managed by users, the disrespectful actions of in-game characters, or the operation of the Service Provider.
2.4.4. The Service Provider is not responsible for the loss of access to a user's game account (loss of login, password, and other information required to participate in the game).
2.4.5. The Service Provider is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect data used to create an account on the Service Provider's website.
2.4.6. The Service Provider is not responsible for any loss of in-game value received by the user from the services provided by the Service Provider or additional services.
2.4.7. The Service Provider is not responsible for the availability or quality of the user's Internet connection.
2.4.8. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages to the User or any third party resulting from:
The User's inability to use Steam resources;
Unauthorized third-party access to the User's personal information, including the User's in-game currency account, and the User's account in the game;
Statements or actions of third parties on Steam resources.
2.4.9. The Service Provider does not guarantee that:
The Game will meet the User's requirements;
The Steam Resources facility, as well as the Game Process and the Service and Additional Services, will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, and error-free;
The results obtained using the Service and Additional Services will be error-free;
The quality of the Game Play, any Service, Additional Services, or information obtained using the Game Services provided on Steam Resources will meet the User's expectations.
2.4.10. The Service Provider is not obligated to provide the User with evidence of a breach of contract resulting from the termination of the Service, Additional Services, or the User's limitation/reduction of the scope of these Services.
2.4.11. In other circumstances, the scope of liability is limited to the amount paid by the Service Provider to the User for the provision of the Additional Services. 2.5. User Rights and Obligations
2.5.1. Upon fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement, the User is granted the following rights:
Access to Steam resources, including the Game and the Game's website;
If required by the Game, the User may obtain (download) the client software from other Steam resources permitted by this Agreement without authorization or payment;
Use game services subject to additional fees, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
Post information, post and share information with other users on the Game's website through forums and in-game emails;
Participate in game-related contests, quizzes, events, competitions, and the manner in which quizzes are offered, hosted by the Service Provider;
Contact the Service Provider for any issues related to the execution of this Agreement and reach a resolution.

2.5.2. User Obligations:
Users may post text messages in the Game's news section, in the Game's forum (as appropriate to the language region), in the chat room, and in other parts of the Game, using appropriate language. Comply with the terms of this Agreement, including without limitation the provisions of the Game License Agreement;
Represent reliable information when registering a game on Steam resources;
The Service Provider will provide information regarding any subsequent changes to the registration data, including but not limited to changes to the email address;
Do not infringe any intellectual property rights related to the Game and/or any part of the Game and/or Steam resources;
If the User has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has obtained or may obtain account-related information of another person, the User shall be independent, take appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the Game Account and prevent unauthorized use by third parties, and immediately notify the Service Provider and request that the Service Provider make appropriate changes to the data or take other actions;
In the news section of the Service Provider's website, in the Customer Support Center, in the Game, or in the Service Provider's forums, if the Service Provider has created a user or user group in the Game, the User may write text messages and/or attach graphics, audio, or video. If the User fails to comply with these Service Provider's instructions, the Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate the Service and/or any additional services to the User; Provide personal data, including your name and contact details, as requested by the Service Provider;
Verify the accuracy of information (including personal information) as requested by the Service Provider;
Verify that the User has the necessary authority to enter into this Agreement. If the User is under the age of majority, the User is obligated to obtain the necessary permission in the form required by law from his or her parent or legal representative.
Rights and Obligations of the User. The Owner's other rights are stipulated in the Game Rules, the License Agreement, and Section 2.6, "Additional Services," of this Agreement.
2.6. Additional Services.
2.6.1. Service Providers provide additional services that enable or enhance special game features at the User's request.
2.6.2. Users may receive additional services from additional service providers by paying in-game currency specified on the Steam website. No refunds will be issued to the User after payment for additional services has been made.
2.6.3. If a user wishes to use additional services, the user is obligated to provide the following data in the information file: first name, last name, date of birth, and other information necessary for the service provider to identify the actual user of the game. The user is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, reliability, and correctness of their personal data.
2.6.4. The list and cost of additional services are posted by the partner on the Steam website.
The method and conditions for purchasing in-game currency are also posted by the partner on the Steam website.
2.6.5. Payment for additional services is made to the partner's current account. After receiving payment from the user through the partner's current account, the payment is converted into in-game currency. This conversion is performed by the partner using the methods specified and posted on the Steam website. Purchased in-game currency is credited to the user's personal account on the Steam website upon the partner's verification.
2.6.6. When purchasing in-game currency, the user agrees to the payment instructions, which include the rules for writing messages with the payment player and the method of inputting funds. The payment instructions are provided in a short text message (SMS) format, including the number of characters. The deposit of in-game currency to a personal account is guaranteed upon compliance with the instructions and payment terms enclosed. The service provider is not responsible for errors in payment terms for additional services, such as false reporting, at the operator's discretion.
Users should contact the partner regarding the policies and procedures of the payment system used to purchase in-game currency. The service provider does not provide users with explanations regarding Steam's rules and procedures. Furthermore, Steam does not provide monetary compensation to users who transfer funds using Steam to purchase in-game currency. If a payment is made in violation of Steam's rules, the partner may withhold payment.
2.6.7. In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or intentional user action, if the user receives additional services without payment and/or incomplete payment, the partner reserves the right to charge the costs incurred in such circumstances.
2.6.8. Upon request by the Service Provider, the User is obligated to maintain and provide documentation proving payment for additional services for the entire period of time the User remains in the game.
2.6.9. The User is obligated to monitor their status and personal account.
2.6.10. Additional services are provided by the Service Provider. In the event of a dispute arising from an ambiguous situation, the User must immediately notify the Service Provider of such fact. If the User fails to make payments (e.g., including details and references specified in the event) to the Service Provider or its partners in violation of this provision, the User's in-game currency will not be credited to the User's personal account.
2.6.11. If the Service Provider discovers that the User is receiving in-game services or additional services from third parties (individuals and/or legal entities) without the Service Provider's agreement, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate the User's access to the additional services.
2.6.12. Users must guarantee to the Service Provider that they have the right to use any payment method of their choice for additional services, provided that such use does not violate the laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus or any other applicable country where they have acquired equivalent rights under the law. The Service Provider is not liable for any damages suffered by other users of the game as a result of the use of a payment method not belonging to a third party or to the User.
2.6.13. In certain circumstances, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend the Service Provider's paid facilities (servers) without prior notice. If the Service Provider and/or the Owner suspect illegal or fraudulent activity, the User's actions in paying for additional services are determined to be fraudulent (e.g., fraudulent).
2.6.14. If a user commits fraud, the Service Provider reserves the right to send relevant information to law enforcement authorities for investigation.
2.6.15. Users must comply with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and/or the laws of the country in which they are located. Users must be citizens of the Republic of Cyprus and/or a nationality to purchase in-game currency through a bank account.
2.6.16. Users agree that this game is not a gambling or cash game, and participation in contests or the purchase of gambling or additional services does not imply participation in the game process based on the user's own will and desire.
2.7. Conclusion
2.7.1. Users are solely responsible for using the game in the territory of their respective country, in accordance with local laws.
2.7.2. This Agreement may be amended by the Service Provider without prior notice. Any amendments to this Agreement made by the Service Provider will become effective the day after the amendments are made by Steam in the game and/or on the website.
Users are obligated to periodically check for changes to this Agreement. Failure to understand this Agreement and/or any amendments thereto shall not constitute grounds for non-performance of obligations and/or violation of any of the restrictions set forth herein.
2.7.3. The invalidity of one or more provisions of this Agreement established by a valid court decision shall not invalidate the entire agreement between the parties. If one or more provisions of this Agreement are misunderstood by the player, the party shall be legally bound to perform its obligations under this Agreement in the manner implied by the judgment and/or amendments to the Agreement.
2.7.4. The user has the right to request and store the service provider's personal information in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
The user consents to the service provider automatically transmitting personal information, such as personal IP address, browser type, access time, and other personally identifiable information, to the service provider and storing it on the user's server.
2.7.5. By accepting this Agreement, the user confirms that he or she has the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. The user guarantees that the hardware used by the user is functional and sufficient to use the game.
2.7.6. By concluding this Agreement, the exclusive property rights holder—the Republic of Cyprus—public contracts, and the bonding agreement, the User shall not violate the local laws of the country of residence. The User is solely responsible for complying with these rules.
2.7.7. Other contractual matters and contractual terms not included in this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country of the exclusive property rights holder.
2.7.8. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through discussion using the dispute resolution and adjudication (reporting) procedures. If the parties fail to reach an agreement through negotiation, the dispute may be referred to the court of general jurisdiction of the Service Provider and all interested parties.
Annex to the User Agreement between the Service Provider and the User: "Rules of the Game"
This document, as an appendix to the User Agreement, stipulates the User's actions in the Game and the User's rights and responsibilities for non-compliance with the rules and restrictions. It regulates the rules of participation and conduct in the Game, and the Service Provider shall apply appropriate measures and conditions to the User defined in the User Agreement. Compliance with the Rules of the Game is a prerequisite for the User's participation in the Game and receiving the Services and Additional Services. The game rules apply not only to the game itself, but also to the game forums on the Steam website.
These rules govern user behavior on the game forums, specifically the game itself and the official Steam website. The rules of conduct are intended to ensure the most pleasant game experience for each user. Users who do not comply with these rules (if any) may be blocked or have their account deleted without compensation.
1. Game Registration
1. User registration is a prerequisite for participating in the game and other services provided by the rights holder.
2. Registration is permitted only on an individual basis. Only individuals may use the game as authorized users (groups, families, spouses, etc. cannot be registered). If the user is a minor, the user must submit a registration request with the consent of their legal representative.
3. User registration rules require that the user provide a username and registered email address. The username must not infringe on the rights of third parties and must adhere to generally accepted moral principles. Furthermore, the email address and/or resource address cannot be used as the username in the game. The user is permitted to have only one account (on the server) in the game. When registering for the game, the user is also responsible for using the appropriate language for the resource (language).
4. Upon successful registration, the user can create and manage an account.
5. Unless the game rules provide for specific exceptions, the user may not use another user's login information under any circumstances.
6. The user may only use one account in the game. Multi-user accounts may be deleted or blocked at any time at the service provider's discretion.
2. General Information
1. The user has no right to provide or disclose their password to other users of the game, except to individuals who are not game users.
The user is responsible for keeping their password confidential by complying with the provisions of the User Agreement Annex.
2. The maximum number of users who can play on one computer is one (1).
3. Sharing of Equipment:
Each account must be used solely for the user's own use, and not for the benefit of another user.
Sharing game assets between players using a computer is prohibited. 4. Users can post their own content on the rights holder's website using various communication methods provided by the game (including, but not limited to, comment functions, discussion forums, email, chat rooms, blogs, guestbooks, etc.). In this regard, the owner merely provides the technical means for exchanging information. Users are solely responsible for the content of such information and agree to indemnify the service provider against any third-party claims or lawsuits.
The service provider is not responsible for the content posted by users. Users grant the service provider the right to use the content posted by users properly.
The service provider does not have an active system for tracking posted content, but instead has the authority to conduct on-site inspections.
Furthermore, each user has the right to notify the service provider of any suspicion of illegal content.
6. Restrictions on Game Users:
1. Users must comply with all rules and restrictions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, the License Agreement, and the Terms of Use.
2. Users are obligated to respect the rights of other users participating in the game and must not create situations in the game that infringe upon the rights of other users.
3. Users are prohibited from intentionally interfering with other users, preventing them from accessing the game, or performing any actions that complicate or make it impossible for administrators to perform their duties. In such cases, the game will not be provided.
Under no circumstances may the user: Use software components and/or break or intercept data entering the server/changing the game's results by deception or fraud; create or use third-party hacking or software products; use software that facilitates "data mining" of other users or prevents the collection of game-related information. Other actions with a similar effect are also prohibited. Users are prohibited from accessing user accounts on the game or the game's website to obtain or distribute information. Users are prohibited from disseminating links to other resources containing such information, and/or using such information to access other users' accounts on the game or the game's resources. Users are prohibited from modifying, altering, decompiling, selling, or distributing modified materials of the game, in whole or in part. Unauthorized access to the game's servers and databases is prohibited, including software bugs, code modifications, and exploitation. In individual cases, the service provider may review the actions of criminals under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Cyprus and the applicable laws of the offender's country of residence, or request the police to immediately suspend the user's access to the game.
4. Users are prohibited from performing the following actions without the individual permission of the service provider:
Exchanging in-game currency, existing in-game objects, or services for any real-world value;
Selling in-game and/or external services for real-world value, including cash;
Purchasing in-game and/or external services for real-world value, including cash;
Distributing information about the user's intentions for the aforementioned actions, both by the user and by third parties.
5. Users are prohibited from using in-game characters (in-game characters controlled by software), creating and using other programs, technologies, and/or other means capable of imitating the user's actions in the game. 6. Users are prohibited from exploiting any in-game errors or any related software errors. Users who discover such errors must report them to the service provider or its partners.
7. Users may not post or distribute any information on the website, including, but not limited to, communications and messages that:
infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties;
include "chain letters" or pyramid schemes;
intentionally contain messages from the service provider;
include personal data of other users and/or third parties;
display any advertising links on internet pages without the service provider's prior consent.
Users are prohibited from spreading rumors or slander that damage the service provider, other users, the game, or the service provider's business reputation.
Sending spam (information and announcements unrelated to the game) and spamming (repeating, reproducing, or copying information, etc.) are prohibited as a means of communication within the game. Users are prohibited from using any form of obscene, insulting, provocative, or strange words or symbols in the names or descriptions of characters and other game items. Registration in the game for groups (e.g., guilds and clans) that use obscene, insulting, provocative, or strange words or symbols in their names or descriptions is also prohibited.
Users are prohibited from using profanity, insults, threats of violence, drug advertising, pornography, or third-party materials containing open-access materials, or racial, ethnic, religious, cultural, ideological, sexual, linguistic, or political content. However, in the game, users are prohibited from using any words from the list above, including socialism, racism, fascism, fanaticism, terrorism, etc., even if they contain missing characters and/or substituted words other than the characters and/or symbols.
8. Users are prohibited from posting or uploading files containing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel programs, corrupted files or data, or any other similar software that may damage the game or interfere with the operation of a computer. 9. Users are prohibited from creating names or character names that are identified by a trade union name or other rights belonging to the Service Provider or its partners.
10. Users must not violate the local laws of their country of residence. Users are solely responsible for complying with these rules.
7. Conclusion:
1. The Service Provider has the sole discretion to determine which actions constitute a violation of these Game Rules.
2. If a User violates these Game Rules, the Service Provider reserves the right to impose the following penalties:
Restrictions on in-game mail use;
Resetting in-game items, gatherings, or character names;
Resetting in-game currency, items, and other assets;
Suspension or restriction of access to the account;
Deletion of characters or accounts;
Termination of the Agreement.
3. If the User pleads guilty and agrees to more stringent compliance with these Rules, the Service Provider reserves the right to impose penalties for the full-term unlocking of the account. At the same time, the Service Provider reserves the right to deny early unlocking without explanation. By starting the game, the user unconditionally agrees to the terms of the agreement and is deemed to have acknowledged the user's warranties in relation to the provisions of this agreement.

The user's understanding and agreement, and all rights to all parts of the game, including the terms and conditions for using the game, are the exclusive property of the owner of the game characters, game items and accessories, in-game currency, graphics, photos, animations, videos, video clips, audio tracks, sound effects, music, text content, and other components of the game. The user's rights arise upon the user's understanding and agreement, and acceptance of all rights to all parts of the game, including the terms and conditions for using the game.
The user understands, accepts, and agrees that all game features, including any functions and abilities, are specifically related to the game parts. Although the user is permitted to control and operate these game features within the computer game, the user's modifications and operation of these game features cannot be considered in any circumstances when transferring the exclusive ownership rights of these game features from the owner to the user. Such modifications and operation of these game features cannot be considered as the user's copyright or co-authorship of these game features.
The user warrants that he or she has all authority to enter into this Agreement. If the User is under the age of majority, the User guarantees that he or she has obtained the legally required authorization from his or her parent or other legal guardian.
The User confirms that information regarding the minimum hardware and software requirements for using the Game has been provided previously. The User must verify these requirements and possess the hardware and software necessary to use the Game.
1.5. Terms used in these Terms:
"Game" means an online game played on a personal computer, using an interactive program. The Game resides on Steam resources (servers).
The User may participate in the Game in an interactive (online) mode using an Internet connection to Steam resources, with or without installing a client-side application.
The User participates in the Game individually and is the end consumer of the Services and Additional Services.
Services mean access to the Game provided by the Service Provider, which provides features and services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. The Rights Holder provides the Service to enable the User to participate in the Game.
Additional Services mean special game features provided to the User for an additional fee, in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. Additional Services are not a prerequisite for participating in the Game and provide the User with additional functionality beyond the scope of the Service. Additional Services are provided upon the User's request. Additional services may only be provided by the user (via the game and/or Steam device) and within the user's game. These services consist of in-game currency that can be purchased with in-game currency.
The service provider does not charge or compensate the user for any additional service expenses.
The game client portion is software that the user receives from the service provider upon request for the user's participation in the game. The client is installed on the user's personal computer. The game client is a program for the personal computer and is the exclusive property of the service provider.
The game rules are an appendix to the user agreement that sets restrictions for the user in the game and defines the rules of participation and behavior. Compliance with the game rules is a prerequisite for the user's participation and receipt of services and additional services. The game rules may be changed by the service provider at any time without prior notice. The service provider will notify the user of these changes by posting information on the game's website or Steam's internet resources. Continuing to play the game constitutes acceptance of these changes.
2. Subject of Agreement
2.1. The Service Provider provides additional services, in addition to general multi-access to the Game Service Game, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
From the moment they agree to this Agreement, any individual accessing the Game is a User of the Game and assumes the rights and obligations provided for in this Agreement.
2.2. Responsibilities of the Service Provider
2.2.1. The Service Provider provides access to the Game and additional services to the User in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2.2. The Service Provider provides communication services available in the Game, including in-game chat.
2.2.3. The Service Provider notifies Users of changes to the current Agreement by posting information on the Game's resources or Steam resources.
2.2.4. If the Client Part is required, the Service Provider provides the possibility to obtain the Client Part of the Game via the Internet (download) from the Game's website or from other media sources, as well as from Partners.
2.3. Rights of the Service Provider
2.3.1. During the trial period (the Game's trial period and the Game Forum), the Service Provider reserves the right to limit, expand, modify, or discontinue the Service and additional services at any time without prior notice to Users.
2.3.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the game and gameplay. The Service Provider may suspend or modify the game process and game conditions at any time without prior notice to users.
2.3.3. The Service Provider may, at any time, delete any information posted by users on the Service Game's resources, including statements and declarations, regarding modifications.
2.3.4. The Service Provider may suspend or discontinue the Service and additional services provided to users in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, particularly if the User fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the Service Provider determines that the User's data has been improperly used. The Service Provider also reserves the right to notify users of violations of the Terms and Conditions, post notices/warnings, and/or temporarily or permanently block access to the Game or terminate (cancel) the Agreement. Notification of termination will be sent to the email address provided by the registered User (whgdmsrmeo@gmail.com).
If the User does not access the Game for an extended period of time, the Service Provider may delete the User's account.
2.3.5. We send users informational or technical messages (either individually or with the participation of third parties) in certain game-related messages (hereinafter referred to as "Messages"). Users agree to receive these Messages and agree that they will not be spam.
By accepting the terms of this Agreement, users agree to receive these Messages at their own discretion.
Users have the right to stop receiving these Messages in accordance with Section 2.5.1 of this Agreement.
2.3.6. Users who violate other provisions of this Agreement regarding the Game Rules will be notified by warnings, notifications, or comments regarding the Game Rules. The Service Provider's instructions are mandatory for users.
2.3.7. One of the Games, including the Game Client portion, may be improved or modified at any time without prior notice. Therefore, users may participate in the current version of the Game.
2.3.8. We will take measures to protect the rights of the Game in accordance with the provisions of the Republic of Cyprus and/or international laws.
2.3.9. In the event of suspension, restriction, or termination of the Service and/or Additional Services, the User will resume the Services in accordance with the terms of the User Account for the period prior to the suspension. 2.4. Limited Liability of the Service Provider
2.4.1. Users are solely responsible for utilizing Steam resources, including the game and its resources, including the client portion. Users are responsible for the compatibility and operability of software and hardware on their personal computers.
2.4.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for any criminal acts that may be committed by the User.
2.4.3. The Service Provider is not responsible for the statements made by users who create or distribute Steam resources. The Service Provider is not responsible for the actions of users of games or characters in Steam, including the conduct and ideology of in-game characters, the actions of users in games managed by users, the disrespectful actions of in-game characters, or the operation of the Service Provider.
2.4.4. The Service Provider is not responsible for the loss of access to a user's game account (loss of login, password, and other information required to participate in the game).
2.4.5. The Service Provider is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect data used to create an account on the Service Provider's website.
2.4.6. The Service Provider is not responsible for any loss of in-game value received by the user from the services provided by the Service Provider or additional services.
2.4.7. The Service Provider is not responsible for the availability or quality of the user's Internet connection.
2.4.8. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages to the User or any third party resulting from:
The User's inability to use Steam resources;
Unauthorized third-party access to the User's personal information, including the User's in-game currency account, and the User's account in the game;
Statements or actions of third parties on Steam resources.
2.4.9. The Service Provider does not guarantee that:
The Game will meet the User's requirements;
The Steam Resources facility, as well as the Game Process and the Service and Additional Services, will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, and error-free;
The results obtained using the Service and Additional Services will be error-free;
The quality of the Game Play, any Service, Additional Services, or information obtained using the Game Services provided on Steam Resources will meet the User's expectations.
2.4.10. The Service Provider is not obligated to provide the User with evidence of a breach of contract resulting from the termination of the Service, Additional Services, or the User's limitation/reduction of the scope of these Services.
2.4.11. In other circumstances, the scope of liability is limited to the amount paid by the Service Provider to the User for the provision of the Additional Services. 2.5. User Rights and Obligations
2.5.1. Upon fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement, the User is granted the following rights:
Access to Steam resources, including the Game and the Game's website;
If required by the Game, the User may obtain (download) the client software from other Steam resources permitted by this Agreement without authorization or payment;
Use game services subject to additional fees, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
Post information, post and share information with other users on the Game's website through forums and in-game emails;
Participate in game-related contests, quizzes, events, competitions, and the manner in which quizzes are offered, hosted by the Service Provider;
Contact the Service Provider for any issues related to the execution of this Agreement and reach a resolution.

2.5.2. User Obligations:
Users may post text messages in the Game's news section, in the Game's forum (as appropriate to the language region), in the chat room, and in other parts of the Game, using appropriate language. Comply with the terms of this Agreement, including without limitation the provisions of the Game License Agreement;
Represent reliable information when registering a game on Steam resources;
The Service Provider will provide information regarding any subsequent changes to the registration data, including but not limited to changes to the email address;
Do not infringe any intellectual property rights related to the Game and/or any part of the Game and/or Steam resources;
If the User has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has obtained or may obtain account-related information of another person, the User shall be independent, take appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the Game Account and prevent unauthorized use by third parties, and immediately notify the Service Provider and request that the Service Provider make appropriate changes to the data or take other actions;
In the news section of the Service Provider's website, in the Customer Support Center, in the Game, or in the Service Provider's forums, if the Service Provider has created a user or user group in the Game, the User may write text messages and/or attach graphics, audio, or video. If the User fails to comply with these Service Provider's instructions, the Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate the Service and/or any additional services to the User; Provide personal data, including your name and contact details, as requested by the Service Provider;
Verify the accuracy of information (including personal information) as requested by the Service Provider;
Verify that the User has the necessary authority to enter into this Agreement. If the User is under the age of majority, the User is obligated to obtain the necessary permission in the form required by law from his or her parent or legal representative.
Rights and Obligations of the User. The Owner's other rights are stipulated in the Game Rules, the License Agreement, and Section 2.6, "Additional Services," of this Agreement.
2.6. Additional Services.
2.6.1. Service Providers provide additional services that enable or enhance special game features at the User's request.
2.6.2. Users may receive additional services from additional service providers by paying in-game currency specified on the Steam website. No refunds will be issued to the User after payment for additional services has been made.
2.6.3. If a user wishes to use additional services, the user is obligated to provide the following data in the information file: first name, last name, date of birth, and other information necessary for the service provider to identify the actual user of the game. The user is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, reliability, and correctness of their personal data.
2.6.4. The list and cost of additional services are posted by the partner on the Steam website.
The method and conditions for purchasing in-game currency are also posted by the partner on the Steam website.
2.6.5. Payment for additional services is made to the partner's current account. After receiving payment from the user through the partner's current account, the payment is converted into in-game currency. This conversion is performed by the partner using the methods specified and posted on the Steam website. Purchased in-game currency is credited to the user's personal account on the Steam website upon the partner's verification.
2.6.6. When purchasing in-game currency, the user agrees to the payment instructions, which include the rules for writing messages with the payment player and the method of inputting funds. The payment instructions are provided in a short text message (SMS) format, including the number of characters. The deposit of in-game currency to a personal account is guaranteed upon compliance with the instructions and payment terms enclosed. The service provider is not responsible for errors in payment terms for additional services, such as false reporting, at the operator's discretion.
Users should contact the partner regarding the policies and procedures of the payment system used to purchase in-game currency. The service provider does not provide users with explanations regarding Steam's rules and procedures. Furthermore, Steam does not provide monetary compensation to users who transfer funds using Steam to purchase in-game currency. If a payment is made in violation of Steam's rules, the partner may withhold payment.
2.6.7. In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or intentional user action, if the user receives additional services without payment and/or incomplete payment, the partner reserves the right to charge the costs incurred in such circumstances.
2.6.8. Upon request by the Service Provider, the User is obligated to maintain and provide documentation proving payment for additional services for the entire period of time the User remains in the game.
2.6.9. The User is obligated to monitor their status and personal account.
2.6.10. Additional services are provided by the Service Provider. In the event of a dispute arising from an ambiguous situation, the User must immediately notify the Service Provider of such fact. If the User fails to make payments (e.g., including details and references specified in the event) to the Service Provider or its partners in violation of this provision, the User's in-game currency will not be credited to the User's personal account.
2.6.11. If the Service Provider discovers that the User is receiving in-game services or additional services from third parties (individuals and/or legal entities) without the Service Provider's agreement, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate the User's access to the additional services.
2.6.12. Users must guarantee to the Service Provider that they have the right to use any payment method of their choice for additional services, provided that such use does not violate the laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus or any other applicable country where they have acquired equivalent rights under the law. The Service Provider is not liable for any damages suffered by other users of the game as a result of the use of a payment method not belonging to a third party or to the User.
2.6.13. In certain circumstances, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend the Service Provider's paid facilities (servers) without prior notice. If the Service Provider and/or the Owner suspect illegal or fraudulent activity, the User's actions in paying for additional services are determined to be fraudulent (e.g., fraudulent).
2.6.14. If a user commits fraud, the Service Provider reserves the right to send relevant information to law enforcement authorities for investigation.
2.6.15. Users must comply with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and/or the laws of the country in which they are located. Users must be citizens of the Republic of Cyprus and/or a nationality to purchase in-game currency through a bank account.
2.6.16. Users agree that this game is not a gambling or cash game, and participation in contests or the purchase of gambling or additional services does not imply participation in the game process based on the user's own will and desire.
2.7. Conclusion
2.7.1. Users are solely responsible for using the game in the territory of their respective country, in accordance with local laws.
2.7.2. This Agreement may be amended by the Service Provider without prior notice. Any amendments to this Agreement made by the Service Provider will become effective the day after the amendments are made by Steam in the game and/or on the website.
Users are obligated to periodically check for changes to this Agreement. Failure to understand this Agreement and/or any amendments thereto shall not constitute grounds for non-performance of obligations and/or violation of any of the restrictions set forth herein.
2.7.3. The invalidity of one or more provisions of this Agreement established by a valid court decision shall not invalidate the entire agreement between the parties. If one or more provisions of this Agreement are misunderstood by the player, the party shall be legally bound to perform its obligations under this Agreement in the manner implied by the judgment and/or amendments to the Agreement.
2.7.4. The user has the right to request and store the service provider's personal information in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
The user consents to the service provider automatically transmitting personal information, such as personal IP address, browser type, access time, and other personally identifiable information, to the service provider and storing it on the user's server.
2.7.5. By accepting this Agreement, the user confirms that he or she has the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. The user guarantees that the hardware used by the user is functional and sufficient to use the game.
2.7.6. By concluding this Agreement, the exclusive property rights holder—the Republic of Cyprus—public contracts, and the bonding agreement, the User shall not violate the local laws of the country of residence. The User is solely responsible for complying with these rules.
2.7.7. Other contractual matters and contractual terms not included in this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country of the exclusive property rights holder.
2.7.8. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through discussion using the dispute resolution and adjudication (reporting) procedures. If the parties fail to reach an agreement through negotiation, the dispute may be referred to the court of general jurisdiction of the Service Provider and all interested parties.
Annex to the User Agreement between the Service Provider and the User: "Rules of the Game"
This document, as an appendix to the User Agreement, stipulates the User's actions in the Game and the User's rights and responsibilities for non-compliance with the rules and restrictions. It regulates the rules of participation and conduct in the Game, and the Service Provider shall apply appropriate measures and conditions to the User defined in the User Agreement. Compliance with the Rules of the Game is a prerequisite for the User's participation in the Game and receiving the Services and Additional Services. The game rules apply not only to the game itself, but also to the game forums on the Steam website.
These rules govern user behavior on the game forums, specifically the game itself and the official Steam website. The rules of conduct are intended to ensure the most pleasant game experience for each user. Users who do not comply with these rules (if any) may be blocked or have their account deleted without compensation.
1. Game Registration
1. User registration is a prerequisite for participating in the game and other services provided by the rights holder.
2. Registration is permitted only on an individual basis. Only individuals may use the game as authorized users (groups, families, spouses, etc. cannot be registered). If the user is a minor, the user must submit a registration request with the consent of their legal representative.
3. User registration rules require that the user provide a username and registered email address. The username must not infringe on the rights of third parties and must adhere to generally accepted moral principles. Furthermore, the email address and/or resource address cannot be used as the username in the game. The user is permitted to have only one account (on the server) in the game. When registering for the game, the user is also responsible for using the appropriate language for the resource (language).
4. Upon successful registration, the user can create and manage an account.
5. Unless the game rules provide for specific exceptions, the user may not use another user's login information under any circumstances.
6. The user may only use one account in the game. Multi-user accounts may be deleted or blocked at any time at the service provider's discretion.
2. General Information
1. The user has no right to provide or disclose their password to other users of the game, except to individuals who are not game users.
The user is responsible for keeping their password confidential by complying with the provisions of the User Agreement Annex.
2. The maximum number of users who can play on one computer is one (1).
3. Sharing of Equipment:
Each account must be used solely for the user's own use, and not for the benefit of another user.
Sharing game assets between players using a computer is prohibited. 4. Users can post their own content on the rights holder's website using various communication methods provided by the game (including, but not limited to, comment functions, discussion forums, email, chat rooms, blogs, guestbooks, etc.). In this regard, the owner merely provides the technical means for exchanging information. Users are solely responsible for the content of such information and agree to indemnify the service provider against any third-party claims or lawsuits.
The service provider is not responsible for the content posted by users. Users grant the service provider the right to use the content posted by users properly.
The service provider does not have an active system for tracking posted content, but instead has the authority to conduct on-site inspections.
Furthermore, each user has the right to notify the service provider of any suspicion of illegal content.
6. Restrictions on Game Users:
1. Users must comply with all rules and restrictions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, the License Agreement, and the Terms of Use.
2. Users are obligated to respect the rights of other users participating in the game and must not create situations in the game that infringe upon the rights of other users.
3. Users are prohibited from intentionally interfering with other users, preventing them from accessing the game, or performing any actions that complicate or make it impossible for administrators to perform their duties. In such cases, the game will not be provided.
Under no circumstances may the user: Use software components and/or break or intercept data entering the server/changing the game's results by deception or fraud; create or use third-party hacking or software products; use software that facilitates "data mining" of other users or prevents the collection of game-related information. Other actions with a similar effect are also prohibited. Users are prohibited from accessing user accounts on the game or the game's website to obtain or distribute information. Users are prohibited from disseminating links to other resources containing such information, and/or using such information to access other users' accounts on the game or the game's resources. Users are prohibited from modifying, altering, decompiling, selling, or distributing modified materials of the game, in whole or in part. Unauthorized access to the game's servers and databases is prohibited, including software bugs, code modifications, and exploitation. In individual cases, the service provider may review the actions of criminals under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Cyprus and the applicable laws of the offender's country of residence, or request the police to immediately suspend the user's access to the game.
4. Users are prohibited from performing the following actions without the individual permission of the service provider:
Exchanging in-game currency, existing in-game objects, or services for any real-world value;
Selling in-game and/or external services for real-world value, including cash;
Purchasing in-game and/or external services for real-world value, including cash;
Distributing information about the user's intentions for the aforementioned actions, both by the user and by third parties.
5. Users are prohibited from using in-game characters (in-game characters controlled by software), creating and using other programs, technologies, and/or other means capable of imitating the user's actions in the game. 6. Users are prohibited from exploiting any in-game errors or any related software errors. Users who discover such errors must report them to the service provider or its partners.
7. Users may not post or distribute any information on the website, including, but not limited to, communications and messages that:
infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties;
include "chain letters" or pyramid schemes;
intentionally contain messages from the service provider;
include personal data of other users and/or third parties;
display any advertising links on internet pages without the service provider's prior consent.
Users are prohibited from spreading rumors or slander that damage the service provider, other users, the game, or the service provider's business reputation.
Sending spam (information and announcements unrelated to the game) and spamming (repeating, reproducing, or copying information, etc.) are prohibited as a means of communication within the game. Users are prohibited from using any form of obscene, insulting, provocative, or strange words or symbols in the names or descriptions of characters and other game items. Registration in the game for groups (e.g., guilds and clans) that use obscene, insulting, provocative, or strange words or symbols in their names or descriptions is also prohibited.
Users are prohibited from using profanity, insults, threats of violence, drug advertising, pornography, or third-party materials containing open-access materials, or racial, ethnic, religious, cultural, ideological, sexual, linguistic, or political content. However, in the game, users are prohibited from using any words from the list above, including socialism, racism, fascism, fanaticism, terrorism, etc., even if they contain missing characters and/or substituted words other than the characters and/or symbols.
8. Users are prohibited from posting or uploading files containing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel programs, corrupted files or data, or any other similar software that may damage the game or interfere with the operation of a computer. 9. Users are prohibited from creating names or character names that are identified by a trade union name or other rights belonging to the Service Provider or its partners.
10. Users must not violate the local laws of their country of residence. Users are solely responsible for complying with these rules.
7. Conclusion:
1. The Service Provider has the sole discretion to determine which actions constitute a violation of these Game Rules.
2. If a User violates these Game Rules, the Service Provider reserves the right to impose the following penalties:
Restrictions on in-game mail use;
Resetting in-game items, gatherings, or character names;
Resetting in-game currency, items, and other assets;
Suspension or restriction of access to the account;
Deletion of characters or accounts;
Termination of the Agreement.
3. If the User pleads guilty and agrees to more stringent compliance with these Rules, the Service Provider reserves the right to impose penalties for the full-term unlocking of the account. At the same time, the Service Provider reserves the right to deny early unlocking without explanation. By starting the game, the user unconditionally agrees to the terms of the agreement and is deemed to have acknowledged the user's warranties in relation to the provisions of this agreement.
