END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “Player”) and BlackHollow: 1870 (“Developer”) regarding the use of the video game BlackHollow: 1870 (“Game”).
1. Grant of License
Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, or sublicense the Game.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to software, graphics, audio, and story content, remain the sole property of the Developer.
This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Exploit bugs, cheats, or unauthorized third-party tools.
4. Online Features
Multiplayer and online features require a valid internet connection.
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts for cheating, harassment, or other violations of fair play.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game, including loss of data or hardware issues.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated.
The Developer may terminate your access to the Game if you fail to comply with this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert applicable country].
By installing or playing BlackHollow: 1870, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
