This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Circle Cat, the developer of Hometown Store (“Game”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not install or use the Game.
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Circle Cat or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights in the Game other than those expressly set forth herein.
Privacy
By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in Circle Cat's Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during gameplay, such as performance metrics, gameplay activity, and account information.
