This end user license agreement (“Agreement”) is a document we would like you to read. It is about our game (“Game”) and the way you should use it. The instructions and manuals that we provide with the Game are considered part of the Game for the purpose of this Agreement. When you play our Game, the terms of this Agreement (“Terms”) apply.
We may decide to update some of these Terms, and when we do, we will post the updated Agreement on our website and on Steam.
If any future changes to this Agreement are unacceptable to you or cause you to no longer comply with it, you may terminate the Agreement in accordance with section 3.

1. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, limited license to download, install and use the Game (“License”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you accept these Terms. This means you do not own the Game – you are only granted the right to use it under this Agreement.
1.1 License limitations
You agree that:
You may only use the Game on one device at a time
You may not copy, transfer or distribute the Game without our permission
You may not bypass any copyright protections
Reverse engineering or decompiling is not allowed
You may not use the Game for illegal or harmful purposes
You may not commercialize the Game without our explicit permission
You may not use cheats, bots, hacks or unauthorized third-party tools
You may not modify or create derivative works from the Game
You may permanently transfer your rights under this Agreement only if the recipient agrees to the Terms, and you delete the Game from all devices and accounts you control.
2. Intellectual Property
We own all rights to the Game, including but not limited to: source code, characters, setting, text, dialogue, artwork, UI design, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, names, titles, and themes.
You may not use any of these without our permission.
3. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
You may terminate it at any time by deleting the Game from all your devices and accounts.
We may terminate this Agreement at our discretion if you fail to comply with the Terms. If this happens, you must destroy all copies of the Game and confirm to MORE GAME that you have done so.
4. Liability
If you damage our property (including our code, name, brand, content), we may require you to compensate us for the loss.
If our Game causes any damage (unlikely, but still), our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for lost profits, data loss, goodwill, computer failure, or any indirect damages related to use of the Game.
5. Limited Warranty
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted gameplay, nor that errors or bugs can be fixed.
6. Your Remedies
If material defects occur, we will do what is commercially reasonable to fix them. If not possible, we may refund you in part or full.
7. Behaviour
We do not systematically moderate in-game chat or interactions.
We expect all players to behave appropriately. For example:
No sexual content or suggestions
No harassment
No harmful or violent behavior
No swearing or offensive language
Inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of your access.
8. User Generated Content (UGC)
If you create or share content in the Game (like skins, levels, screenshots, mods), you grant MORE GAME a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable license to use, modify, distribute, and display your content.
You must own or have the rights to all content you share. Illegal or infringing content is prohibited.
We may remove UGC at our discretion.
8.1 Modding
Mods are treated as UGC.
Make backups of your mods. We update the Game regularly and cannot guarantee mod compatibility. We are not liable for any mod loss or misuse by other users.
By uploading a mod, you agree that MORE GAME and others may use, adapt, and share it freely.
